Description of Work: Because the refrigerator was under warranty, combined with the cost of a repair, they assisted in obtaining a new refrigerator for us with the warranty company.

Description of Work: Cleaned dryer exhaust vent.

Description of Work: Raul cleaned the dryer vent and even identified and replaced a problem w/the flap on top of the roof, which in my opinion, was very proactive on his part. He also recommended that I have the service provided every 6 months to ensure that the dryer works efficiently. This is my second time using this company and I have been pleased both times. I would definitely recommend them to someone else.

Description of Work: The technician was friendly and did a good job, my only minor complaint was with the scheduling. I called about a week ahead to schedule an appointment, I let the person know that I wanted the appointment on Thursday, but he never told me a time and left me with the impression that someone was going to call me back to confirm and give me a time. A couple days before the appointment, I emailed to find out a time they responded saying that someone would call the night before to give me a 2 hour window. No-one called. So I called Thursday morning and was told that my window was between 4-6, but that actually was not the best time for me. I ended up having to miss my kids open-house, but I had already taken the day off, so I did not want to move the appointment to a different day. Other than that minor issue, everything else was fine and it was an excellent price for a second opinion on a fridge that I was pretty sure could not be fixed cheaply.

Description of Work: Brushed and vacuumed the entire vent. Cleaned up area very well. Sold me extra length of vent hose ($25), saying my existing length was not long enough.

Description of Work: Came out to assess the problem with my microwave. Quoted a price to repair it. I ordered the repair and never heard back from them. After 3 weeks I was able to get them to come out again. A new tech came out and said it would not be worth repairing the microwave and they recommended that I buy a new one. Total waste of my time and the cost of a service call.

Description of Work: They didn't show up for the originally scheduled appointment. The company representative handled the issue very well. There was an obvious error, but I would use them again as they did great work and they handled the issue professionally.

Description of Work: Looked at washer that is 18 months old. Explained to my wife what he was doing and what was going on. End result work would have cost more than I paid for the washer. Very honest could have taken advantage of the situation but did not. Will use again with out any doubt.
