They tried pushing me into buying a new dryer. They need to improve on a lot.

I gave him the error code I was getting on my washing machine and they said they could fix it but when they came out they couldn't work on that model. They did end up refunding me after several calls. I thought the initial price was steep. They were apologetic. It was going to cost more to repair that washing machine than to buy a new one.

They were wonderful. What stood out about them for me was their professionalism and competency. There were two workers who came to complete the service.

It was pretty good, they did a good job. They went ahead and did the job before giving me a estimate. I did have to call to find out what work was done.

They did a good job. I thought they were a little expensive. Other than that, everything was fine. I would use them again. I would get another price from somewhere else just to keep them honest. Just one person came out. They left the area fine.

They did an awesome job. I have no complaints about them. We had a home warranty so it was only $75. They just told us everything so it was good. They actually texted us when they were on their way I believe. I think it was a two-time thing because they had to order a part. They left the area very clean, the way we left it, if not better.

Mr Rogers came, but I called a different company. ?They didn't do the work satisfactory, so I called someone else. I thought my dryer was broken, but it was just clogged. ?So I paid the fee for them to come out, but when they left, I called another company to get that unclogged. ?They did the job they came out to do. ?They didn't show up within the window they mentioned. I like the other company better.?

It was good. My dishwasher works. They could work on their customer service. They had to keep coming back because they didn't have the appropriate parts. They had to keep coming back and my schedule is not that lenient it took over the course of 3 weeks.

There was a couple of calls, I think it was just one person at a time, it might have been two different people that came out. They got the job fixed and did what they said they would do when they said they would do it.

The service turned out fine. After repair, they explained what was wrong and how they fixed it. Just one worker performed service.

They do good work for me. I really like them. They were in and out in 30 minutes. They did their job and repaired my appliance.

The service guy told me the same thing that someone else I had come in that wasn't on Angie's List. It was the same. It depends if I had an appliance that needs looking at. He was up front on the appliance. I would check on him again if anything needs to be fixed.

The technician who came out was very knowledgeable and straightforward with his advice. Did not try and sell us anything, or was pushy about using their services. Ultimately we decided to buy a new oven. Paid for them coming out to look at our oven. Overall, would use them again if needed and highly recommend them. Used coupon through Angie's List.

Once they got there it went fine. Lots of communication problems and a few scheduling snafus. Hard to get a hold of.

Next day comp. send another guy to look at it ,he said they couldn't fix the problem ,so they will refund the money back and left . Then i called the compnay talk to someone they said will send the refund check to me .I'M still waiting for that refund .

Always PROMPT, EFFICIENT and AFFORDABLE. Mr. Roger has been the ONLY ONE WE CALL for over 10 years now.

I felt the price was too high and the technician was condescending

First they detached and cleaned the vent connected to the dryer. But they didn't reattach it correctly and when they went up on the roof to clear that portion of the vent, everything came loose and blew lots of dust and lint into my laundry room. They cleaned it up fairly well.

Service was excellent and will be calling them again

Contacted the vendor by phone, described the problem. They initially could not send a tech out that day but when I said I would check with another company they changed their minds and said they could do it. Two tech's came out within the window of time promised one could not speak English (my language) and the other could speak "broken" English. They conversed together and with their office soly in Spanish leaving me out of the proverbial loop. After they inspected the refrigerator they advised me that I would need a new condenser at a cost of over $600. They also mentioned that I could buy a used refrigerator from them at the same cost. I told them I would think about it, paid them an $85 fee and asked for a receipt. They advised that it was impossible for them to give me a written receipt, then they left. I contacted another appliance repair service in town and they came out and did a more comprehensive inspection of my refrigerator. They advised that the problem was not with the condenser but with a leak in the lines.

The technicians were very professional and did a great job. I will be hiring them again
