Description of Work: I purchased the check up because I was having problems with my refrigerator. I had them look at it. They misdiagnosed the issue. I'm glad $400 sounded like too much so I got a second opinion. It was $99 and done is 30 min. They were going to charge me $400 and told me it would be a week waiting for parts (that I didn't need btw)
