Description of Work: they did nothing....the tech had no idea. He ran it thru the cycles and told me everything it was doing correctly, but totally ignored the problem I was having with the dishwasher.He did not charge me any extra.

Description of Work: Thy worked on my refrigerator to get it to stop leaking. That part worked, except now it is making a noise. At least it isn't leaking for now. They were going to replace the stove top that got broken. Even though they were specifically told that I wanted almond color to match my appliances, they sent a white top. I had already paid them $150, they took a very long time to issue a refund. They kept saying that either they had sent a check, or they had issued a refund. I spoke with American Express and they said that they would get my money back. I'm not sure whether Emex called Mr. Rogers or not, but I finally got my refund. It was not a pleasant experience.

Good afternoon: We appreciate the time you took to write a review about us. Our main goal as a leading service company is to provide the best possible customer service, and for that reason we keep accurate track and records of every work order we perform, in this specific case you can read yours: Ticket: 10709X Scheduled Date: 10/05/2015 Appliance Issue: Leaking Refrigerator and Burners not working in Glass-top surfaced range. Refrigerator Diagnose: Inlet Water Valve defective. Water valve was replaced. Unit tested and working fine. Range Diagnose: Glass-top surface broken, surface not repairable. We recommended to replace the unit since replacing with a brand new surface was not cost effective. You declined the option and going the extra mile we offered a used glass top surface, without a color or aspect specification for $149.00 . Option Accepted. Prior install,you cancelled the repair since the glass-top we offered was used and not the exact matching color (Bisque). We offered a refund without charging the service call, as a courtesy. Refund provided via mailed check. As a follow up call from our customer care manager, we even offered you a glass-top stove replacement for $190, when the standard price is 365.00, and you accepted. After delivering the stove and reassuring your service satisfaction, in a verbal way, we consider this review as unfair. We hope you can reconsider your posture soon.

Description of Work: Dryer vent cleaning. They did a thorough job that improved the performance of my dryer. My tenants had a difficult time understanding the service technician and I had to call a few times to schedule. Overall a good experience though.
