Description of Work: they came out 2 times on a refrigerator ice maker.1st trip, tech thought he identified the prob. came back with parts. installed parts, but the next day the symptoms were the same. I contacted them again. The service manager came out, rechecked. and discovered it was in fact the icemaker unit. He then ordered the additional part and replaced at no additional charge.

Description of Work: Initially did not receive a response after our purchase of a discounted service call for our dryer. Was eventually contacted and they were very apologetic and offered additional discounts. Have not had any service as of yet as the dryer is now working. Will update again after service is performed,

Description of Work: My refrigerator stopped working. It took 2 separate visits to determine the problem. They then had to order a part and could not tell me when they'd have it. They also had very strong accents and were difficult to understand. I ended up trading my fridge for one of their refurbished, smaller refrigerators.

Description of Work: They came out to check the washer. Confirmed what the problem was and gave the cost to repair. Told us it would cost more to fix then replace. We agreed and did not repair the washer. We decided to replace. The service man was very professional and I thought very candid and honest.

Description of Work: Our 20 year old dryer worked but would not got hot enough to dry clothes. A repairman from Mr. Rogers came out, he ordered new parts, and installed them the following day. The dryer seemed only slightly better. I was about to purchase a new dryer, but decided to try a chimney sweep first. He went up on our roof, and found that our vent was clogged. The dryer worked perfectly, after the roof vent was cleaned. I do not think repairman typically go up on the roof. To be fair, the repairman from Mr. Rogers had mentioned the roof vent could cause the problem, but he also thought new parts would work. So, we are out a couple hundred dollars, but at least we do not need to purchase a new dryer.
