Description of Work: I purchased the $35 service call. They replaced my dishwasher computer panel. The price was discounted but they would schedule appointments as to what fit in their schedule without asking me first. I felt like I lived too far away to ask for specific times/days. I work full time, so it a bit tricky at times.

Description of Work: Diagnosed problem with current washer. The service tech had to come out twice and perform several tests but still only charged the base service call charge. Nick in the office was always responsive and helpful, going beyond the call helping to arrange for the purchase of a replacement washer instead of making very costly repairs.

Description of Work: Our HE Front Load LG washer stopped working and wouldn't drain water. We have 6 people in the family and can't go long without a washer, especially over Christmas break. They got us an appointment within a couple days, showed up on time, and had parts already on the truck based on what they guessed the issue was. They were correct on what was wrong, we needed a new drain pump. They fixed the issue with a new part and had us up an running within an hour. Cost was under $100 and we were very very happy. I would totally use them again.

Description of Work: I don't remember the price or the amount I paid. The time was around November/ December 2015 and the charge was very reasonable. My clothes dryer's vent needed cleaning badly. I thought it was cleaned in 2014 because I had paid someone without actually watching him do his job. It must not have been done. Anyway the representative from Roger's Appliance was very thorough. This could have been a fire hazard. I was extremely pleased with the service provided to me.
