Description of Work: The technician was punctual, courteous, and had a great deal of information for me. My touch panel for my oven was not working properly. The technician was very helpful and temporarily resolved the issue until a more permanent fix could be scheduled.

Description of Work: Fixed my refrigerator, it was forming ice in bottom of freezer due to drain clog of auto defrost system. Replaced light bulb in refrigerator section. Also, fixed washer, gears were going on it. All was fixed to my satisfaction except the ice maker needed to be tweaked to work which I discovered after the first Tech left but when I reported the problem, they sent someone the next day. They are one of the service companies used by my home warranty company.

Description of Work: our 11 year old dryer quit drying the clothes. Mr. Rogers came out & evaluated the problem and found the heating element had gone bad. We were on the fence about buying a new dryer but they said we could potentially get many more years out of it for less money than it costs to replace it. Definitely would recommend them to anyone who needs an appliance fixed.

Description of Work: They inspected the dishwasher, found the problem and gave me an estimate of how much the repair would cost. The tech recommended that I would be better off buying a new dishwasher because of the high cost of labor and parts for the repairs.

Description of Work: My renter's let me know that a burner on my stove and fridge were leaking. Highly irritating since they are less than 4 years old....Mr. Roger's patiently explained to me the issue. They also responded quickly and professionally to the maintenance request. My renter's were thoroughly satisfied with the experience. We own a couple rental properties and will be only be calling Mr. Roger's in the future. They are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and competitive in their pricing. Highly recommend!
