Description of Work: We wanted the vent to be cleaned because the clothes were not drying in the normal cycle. They finally came after 2 no-show after making appointments. He changed a perfectly fine dryer duct saying it is damaged and the dryer would work only if it changed(i checked after he trashed and it could have been cleaned out since it is just a 2 year old house). He charged me $25 for the duct but it costs only $10 at Lowes (lesser at walmart). The worst part it after charging $105 in total he says he has to take the whole dryer apart and clean it and it will cost extra $$. So the dryer still doesnt dry clothes at normal drying cycle and we are just doing fine with timed dry. We will have someone else do the cleaning even if the dryer has to be taken apart because the provider was not up front with his pricing and service.

Description of Work: We worked together to make it fit into my schedule; very courteous, on time, changed out the burner dial on kitchen stove, and he discovered the oven dial needed to be changed also. I will definitely be using them again, highly recommend them.
