It went ok. Two guys. The main guy didn't seem too enthused to be there, it was near the end of the day and they drove a good distance to get here, vacuumed up the lint, and dryer lint area. A non-English speaking small guy was his partner and was able to get in the tight spaces, although was happy. The other guy was ready to go home. The small guy went on the roof where the vent exhaust was, cleared it, but didn't replace the critter screen/trap -- Perhaps it shouldn't have been there (but the critter control people that put it there thought so). They discovered my lint hose was cracked allowing lint to escape. After vacuuming, they replaced it with the flimsy type hose which is more flexible. All in all, the job was done, but I have had it done in the past more thorough.

I was concerned about purchasing from an appliance shop rather than from a major retail shop, but I am very pleased with the service I have received from beginning to end. I will definitely recommend them and utilize their services in the future!

They risked as s team and hit the job done ... and we're very tidy too!

1) The two guys that did the service, neither one could speak English. So right there I couldn't really talk to them about what was going on. 2) The missed cleaning out the inside of the dryer, I had to go outside and signal them to come back inside and complete the job they were paid for. 3) They didn't have a ladder long enough to get in my roof, so the smaller of the two climbed up in my neighbor's tree and walked on top of my deck roof! The deck roof is thin metal, it was a miracle he didn't fall through. The other guy that was outside was on his cell phone looking at something while I'm yelling to him to tell the other guy to NOT walk back on my deck roof again. Because he didn't understand a single word I was saying to him, you guessed it-here come the little guy right across the roof. 3) Yes, I called up and spoke with the manager. He offered me a free dryer cleaning in 8 months. He said that the next crew will speak English. 4) If you hire this company, ask for the English speaking guys unless you are fluent in Spanish.

The two gentlemen came right on time, were very quick and professional. They answered all my questions and I was very impressed with the efficiency of their work. I highly recommend this company!

Mr Rogers called ahead of time and gave an estimate of arrival time. They showed up right on schedule, were very polite and professional. It went very well.

He didn't have the right size seal on his truck so he had to come back another day with the proper size one and install it.

It went well. The gentleman who did the work didn't speak much English, so I wasn't able to ask any questions.

THEY NEVER showed up after i waited for 3 hours!!! SURE HOPE ANGIE'S LIST ISSUED MY REFUND.

Cleaned the dryer vent that was almost completely clogged. The dryer had been operating poorly for years. So sorry we did not hire them sooner as it works perfectly now.

Work was done satisfactorily. Service date is an approximation as I do not recall.

No communication. Had to reschedule. Rescheduling a bit better, but thick on Spanish, and problem really not fixed. Did not call ahead as asked.

He showed up on time and did the work quickly and saved me from risking my life on my roof.

Terrible. While I take responsibility for entering the wrong address in Angie's list ( I am slightly dyslexia) That is not an excuse to show up 3 hours late. This caused the dryer cleaning to be right next to a AC air handler replacement. No one spoke English. Not even "Hello" in English. I have worked in three foreign countries and I have Hispanic workers in my home frequently. I am usually pretty good at simple English and sign language. These two workers should not be driving in America much less trying to service homes. Their truck and all of their tools were brand new so how could they not know English? This is not Miami. I have used Angies list before and will try again. I believe this was an anomaly. But another experience like this and it will be my last.

They came in, did the job and left...cleaned up after themselves and did a good job from what I can tell. This is the second time I've used this service, and will use again as appropriate.

They called three times in 2 days to confirm information I had given them the first time. I scheduled dryer vent cleaning between 3-5 on Friday, and took off work to be home. At 5:30 they called to say their installer got tied up. They rescheduled for Saturday 10-10:30 and said they would do the job for half price. I waited until 12:00 the next day. They no showed, no called.

As indicated, everything was not only professionally done, it was quickly performed.

Repair was done very satisfactory but I felt the price was on the high side and when I complained a adjustnent of $40 was credited to my account.

Very well, a noticeable improvement in the time to dry the laundry.
