Thanks for taking the to time to write a review, you paid the service call with a big deal coupon, when we called you to set up time we asked you for model number on your refrigerator at the same time you explained us what the problem was, tech pre order parts before going to your house base on the fact that your refrigerator was not making ice he ordered and ice maker and a water valve (very common problems on refrigerator not making ice) he went the extra mile so he can have parts available for you the same day, when he got to your house he diagnosed the problem and gave you the quote part number 241798224 for ice maker price $129.47 and water valve 242252702 $79.75 labor $85.00 total repair $298.22, you did not liked the price and requested a discount tech call the office and ask for a discount and got an extra $30.00 discount and did not accepted, later that day service manager gave you a call and offer you another discount and same response from you, we apologized if our tech spoke Spanish when he was at your house he did not know at the time that you felt offended with his conversation, we are all trying to make america grate again by doing our part on the economy, at the end we went the extra mile not just taking the time to bring parts with him the same day but also we offered you discounts and follow up calls, if you would like to talk to the owner please call the office an ask for Mr Rogers. have a nice day.
