Appointment scheduled to the afternoon, of Thursday May 29th, between 2-6pm, I received a call from Mister Sparky Office around new time to state that a technician can come over earlier and with on his way, I called back at 2pm and was told that the technician went to someone else and another technician would be available for me between 5-7pm , now even later. The technician Alex Reed showed up and told me he didn't have a ladder so he would come back the next morning, Friday that would be May 30th, to install the light fixture. I waited all morning there was no call to me and Alex Reed did not show up.

Great Work! Evaluated panel came up with a plan for upgrade returned next day with supplies. Arrived on time deconstructed and reconstructed panel and everything works. Very careful, neat, well organized. After completing work reviewed upgrades on panel and explained warranty. Would definitely use them again.

Unprofessional and unreliable company. We hired them to install a car charger and now every outlet on the backside of our garage no longer works. We asked them to come back out and take a look at it and the first time they didnâ t even show up at the scheduled time. They then showed up a few days later and tried to charge me $375 just to see what was wrong and claimed it was an unrelated issue
