The cleaning was done very well. They made sure to check off all the specific areas that were needed and didn't miss anything. We have an older dog and with our wood floors and his bad hips we have to put a lot of rugs down when he's down stairs. The cleaning crews consistently take great care to clean the rugs, move them out of the way, and wet mop the wood floors. The crews have grown to know our needs and little things, like vacuuming the dog beds, are no longer something that I even have to think twice about asking..... I still do at times because I'm that guy lol and they always kindly reply 'yes, of course" or "yes, we've already done it." Sweet. We have a lot more in the house now that we have the new baby and they take the time to clean all the little areas to make sure our baby has a clean house to begin her life in.

Tyquetta, Samantha and Tiffany were GREAT! On Friday, the 14th we had went in for our 39 week check up and were unexpectedly told that we would need to have the baby that day. We had little time, but rushed home to grab some last minut things. We got home to find the cleaning crew outside of the house. I yelled... "we're having a baby!!!". They looked as surprised as us. I was tempted to turn them away but we needed the house cleaned for sure since we'd soon be bringing home a new addition. Earlier that morning we left for the Dr's with unfolded clothes fresh out of the dryer sprawled all across our bed. We were rushing around gathering all the stuff we needed for the hospital.. Alexis was ready but I wasn't... Iol. I quickly starting throwing stuff in a bag and rushing up and down the stairs trying to get everything together so we could go to the hospital. On one trip back upstairs I noticed that ALL the clothes were folded. BONUS! That was such an awesome touch - knowing that we wouldn't have a bunch of clothes to fold when we got home with the baby was a just one less thing to worry about and it really was a great relief. When we returned home on Sunday the house was clean and the clothes were quickly put away and we were able to relax and enjoy our baby!!!

We just fired The Cleaning Authority and Mollymaid prior to that for doing a terrible job with staff almost on the phone the entire time and showing up whenever they wanted to, and breaking things almost every time.
With Maidpro everything was as it should have been and they even exceeded my expectations by vacuuming extra spaces not included, cleaning the base boards and shower door!!
Their staff was courteous, friendly, polite and I couldn't even tell if they had any phones! Great cleaning as well of course!

The rating for this cleaning I just had on the 4/24/2015 was an A but I had to bump them down as a company because the past cleanings were not as good and the cleaners do not maintain an arrival time that is always on schedule. This current team, from the 24th which was made up of Belinda, Nicole and Samantha was AMAZING. I would hope that you would hold all of your teams to this teams' standard. I would also recommend always having at least 2 people on the teams. You have sent 1 person to my house and there is NO WAY they would ever be able to clean like the 3 person team would in the time that is given to them. I think this team went above and beyond. The little things like organizing areas on the desk, dressers, night stands and counter tops to create more surface area and then cleaning that area was greatly appreciated. The icing on the cake was the origami flowers that Nicole made from the ends of the toilet paper in 2 (master and guest rooms) out of 3 of our bathrooms. We loved that. Literally, if you don't have this team benchmarked and coaching the other teams then you are missing a HUGE opportunity. You have set the bar and I hope that the next visits will continue to maintain this level of excellence.

The team arrived in the estimated window of time, with just a few minutes to spare. They were in company logo shirts, clean, and friendly. They brought in their cleaning tools, took a quick walk through the house reviewing with me what was most important, and got right down to business.
The office lady had estimated I would need 2 girls for approx 1.5 to 2 hours (3 to 4 hours combined) and they were pretty spot on. OK, I admit, it had been awhile since I had cleaned the guest room and bath, so they did need just a tad bit more time. But, the office called me and reviewed this with me and I agreed to the additional fees.
Anyway- for the most part they were lighting fast, and did a spectacular job. My floors, mirrors, counters just sparkled, and the house smelled great too.
I think I have been using them for 4 plus years- and they are just really good. I mean, I even leave a tip for the cleaners! If you're looking for a good worry free experience, then call them. I'm glad I made that phone call many years ago.
My daughter completed a review for them too and I copied her response - she writes better than I do!! We have referred several friends to MaidPro as well. The Manager there, Julie, is very helpful with anything we need. Overall a very good experience with this group.

I called on Tuesday they scheduled me on Thursday., I was in a panic needed my home cleaned before the weekend. I had family coming in. My Last minute decision, Maid Pro was able to accommodate WOW!
