All went really well.....Ross was prompt and friendly. I'm always a bit defensive when I have to bring in someone to do repair jobs in my home, but I felt that Ross knew what he was doing and he advised me accordingly. And he did an excellent job. I had the grossest garbage disposal that was all gunked up and Ross took care of it grossness and all and did it all in a very timely fashion. I would recommend Llona Plumbing to anyone...I felt the price was fair and my technician, Ross ,and the really nice lady in the office (didn't catch her name) but she was a sweetheart. I'll be back....still need more work in my home, and I'll be calling back Ross from Llona. Thank you for a smooth project and fair price Llona.

Excellent. Roger was on time, polite and professional. Did a great job. Price is very fair for the amount of time it took. I purchased the toilets and they installed.

It was excellent. I have used them on several occasions for multiple locations. This service was excellent as usual. You can call them, and they are usually able to give you same day service. They come when they say they will. They're right on time. Whoever they send out is always very conscientious about the work. They always give good advice. They're always neat and tidy. There are no problems with the work that they do. They are a very reliable company to work with. Anyone that is looking for a plumber, in the area, shouldn't look any further than them.

Fantastic, they got it done in one day, didn't tear up the sidewalk and they put the fence and pavers back in place.

Expensive quote! Llona quoted $6k to repipe the whole house. Ouch. Had an independent licensed electrician quote it, $1500 and then I would have to hire someone to fix drywall and tiling, which is also true of the Llona quote. Finally just sent my handyman there to take care of it. He fixed all the plumbing problems, fixed the drywall for all the plumbing corrections, replaced tiles for bathtub fix, and did some other non-associatied drywall work in bedrooms and his total bill was $850. While this company looks like it is excellent service, the price difference is pretty extreme. Probably better for small jobs.

My first contact was Jose who followed up to insure everything was done as he promised. Angel and Robert actually did the work which exceeded my expectations. AAC Drywall 813-270-6627 finished the project by patching and finishing the drywall.. They too exceeded my expectations. Areas I was worried about such as my popcorn ceiling did not even need painting! I highly recommend both these companies!

I called Llona Plumbing and explained the situation and they said they would be here within 25 minutes. Very on time. I explained what was happening and showed him the areas that were not draining, and toilets that were not draining. One bathroom was a mess. He worked on the drains and then was on the roof. He later came in and cleaned all the mess up, which he was told he really did not have too. He did an excellent job and the drains have been working perfectly since. Very professional and understanding people in the office and the plumber that came was very professional and new what needed to be done.

Plumber came and provided service promptly, efficiently, and was courteous, respectful, and helpful.

I will use this company again.

It was short and sweet.  He did his job and was very professional.

The plumbing quality was good in the end, but unfortunately a contractor's quality steel tub was installed in our home that was not level.  Spent quite some time on the phone and email getting it replaced with a homeowner quality steel tub that cost just a little more ($170 vs. $99), and it kind of seemed like they wanted to cut corners in any way possible with certain parts, so I'd be real specific with this company about the quality that you expect because you could get an apartment tub in a home.  The tub faucet was improperly  installed 10 inches above the tub (should have been 2-4 inches), and the shower fixture was leaning out into the tub area and required them to come back and fasten it back into the wall.  Tons of back and forth.  After more than a half dozen calls and several emails they came out and fixed all of the initial problems with their work.  The owner worked with me to make everything right, but it was a stressful effort and took lots of precious time.  I also had to deal with one employee who was quite rude on the phone, and a family summer vacation was interrupted with all of these hassles.  
On a positive note, all employees on the premises of our home were polite.  The employees who did the demolition were so careful, clean, and nice and it was a big messy job.  If my review was only for the demolition and removal of cast iron tub and tile walls it would have been an "A".

The existing valve had been giving problems for some time.

It was an aging model, so it was time for an upgrade.

The  plumber responded the next day and completed the replacement within 2 hours.

The work quality was excellent.

We discovered a leak in the hose that connects the water to the kitchen faucet. Each time we turned on the water, it would leak out under the sink out of our view. We called Llona Plumbing and they initially scheduled service for the following morning. When we realized how bad the leak was, we called back and asked if they could send someone that day. Despite a very full schedule, they graciously agreed to work us in before the end of the day. We received a call 20 minutes prior to the arrival of the plumber advising of his arrival time. When he arrived, he immediately replaced the faucet which I had already purchased and the valve handle. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. He completed the job promptly without any difficulty whatsoever.
We highly recommend Llona Plumbing. We have used them on multiple occasions and they have done an outstanding job every time at a reasonable cost.

Everything went well with the install. The plumber showed up on time and was very friendly. However, I noticed (a few days later) that he didn't install a drain pan underneath the water heater. The water heater is inside the house and would cause a lot of water damage if it were to leak. I'm guessing the plumber assumed that I didn't want one installed because there wasn't one installed before, but I feel that he should have at least mentioned it. 

I should have called right away to talk about the drain pan, but I was moving in to the house, working and fixing all the other things in the house and it completely slipped my mind. They can't fix what they don't know about right? Totally my fault for not calling them up.

Llona followed up with me and is sending a plumber out to consult with me about the drain pan. They want to make sure that I am 100% happy with the job.



For other people that are looking to install a water heater (or do any plumbing work) in an older house, please look at the building code. This is my first house and I had no idea what kinds of questions I should be asking.

I was doing a DIY toilet replacement and after removing the old toilet and wax ring I found the flange was broken.  That's the part that mounts your toilet to the floor and connects the toilet to the plumbing when you flush.  It was broken beyond my repair ability and everything I checked recommended professional help at this point so after research I went with Llona Plumbing.
I spoke with Manuel on the phone and he was very professional and listened and asked a few questions about my needs.  He was able to give me a ball park estimate based on his understanding of the issue. which was to replace the flange and go ahead and finish the install since they were there. He told me about $180 depending on what would be needed to replace the flange and the plumber on site would break it down for me once he was able to see it.  The job could have been as bad as breaking concrete to replacing a part but their were obvious concerns with each. Jose arrived on time the next day and after looking things over gave me the three options for repair and the pros and cons of each along with cost.
He did the job quickly and professionally.  Took the time to answer questions as I watched and when finished he cleaned up after him self and showed me what had been done. He's an old school professional at it for 29 years.
Oh, and the estimate was spot on.  No surprises and no upselling of services. Ive tried other plumbers before but never called them back for another job even though what they did was ok.  I've found my plumber if I need one again, no more experimentation.  Llona Plumbing are my plumbers.

They arrived ontime, replaced the water line as per the estimate. Overall very satisfied with the results.
