An incredible can do attitude. My top loader washer and dryer was in a tight space with a fridge near, Robbie just smiled with no complaint and executed the job professionally.

Robbie was at it a while due to how clogged our stacks were; being new to the condo board, we didn't know how long ago the stacks had been cleaned, but he informed us not in some time. He went to the roof to sweep all the stacks downward, then went under the building where all the cleanouts are and worked removing all the lint. He then went with me to the owner's unit who had trouble with her dryer over heating to test the airflow and run the machine for a while. All seemed to function properly and there was good airflow. Robbie also came to our building last week to assess the building to give us a quote for service. I would highly recommend he and his company Lint Busters for all his professionalism and timeliness.

BTW: I washed a load right before he came and tested the dryer as soon as he was gone and I'm happy to say that it works as it should.

To address the time change portion of your review, I have to say it was an unexpected delay with the job scheduled before your scheduled cleaning. One of Lint Busters' positives is that I'm within 10 minutes of my scheduled times 98% of the time. It's also a bit of a curse because, occasionally, surprises arise. ie. customer is late, dryer has issues other than dryer vent, access to dryer and vent are difficult, vent detached in attic which requires attic entry and extra time. So, based on your review I'm changing my way of scheduling. It will likely be a two hour window now, rather than an exact time. This is a way that I can better run my business and not disappoint customers who expect an exact time. Thanks for taking the time to write an A review.
