I could not of asked for a more honest company to look at my pool leak.  Jeff explained to me that they were only there for  a few minutes and only charged me a small portion of the cost it would have been for a full inspection.  What a great experience and will absolutely use them again.

They did a good job. They found the leak and plugged it under half an hour. They were upfront about telling me that their minimum fee was $250 -- but I thought that was pricey. They sent 2 techs to help us.

I had another company out that did not adequately repair the leak in my swimming pool.
Josh from Leak Wizard was able to find and fix the problem.  He explained that there was a bigger problem in the light and proposed a solution for the more expensive longer term fix - but there was no pressure to move forward with that proposal at this time.  For now, the immediate problem was fixed.
If and when I need to have more leak repair work done, I will certainly be calling on Leak Wizard.

I contacted Jeff to evaluate a pool pump for a rental property. We was flexible in the appointment time chosen. Once the repairs were done, he called me with the information and what to do to prevent future issues. Very courteous and professional. Would use again.

This is an excellent group.  They came out quickly, spent time carefully searching the pool with different detection methods and successfully located the leak.  When the place for the pool leak was pinpointed, they professionally fixed the leak and did a great job. I would highly recommend Leak Wizard as a business that does a great job, that honestly informs you about the work and possibilities that might occur and which would be a group that will help you.

The technician put on a diving suit with and hose for air from an air compressor. Two leaks were found and repaired. My water savings already has paid for the service.

The Leak Wizard located a major leak, broken line under deck and did an excellent job repairing it.  Our pool still  was loosing some water from secondary leak. Jeff came back out at no charge and dove the whole pool found the leak, a brim crack and patched it.
I was informed this was a temporary fix and eventually would need to do a permanent fix when I re-marcite our pool.   It's been over a year and the pool is still water tight with no loss of water.  The Leak Wizard did an excellent job locating and fixing both leaks, I would definitely recommend them and not hesitate to use them again.

After speaking with several companies regarding a serious pool leak that we feared would be a very expensive repair, we set up an appointment with Jeff at Leak Wizard based on the feedback from other Angies List clients.  The appointment was set for the Monday folloowing our call to Jeff and on Mon. morning Josh called and said the weather looked like it might rain and we would have to reschedule.  I almost called another company - what a lame excuse for not wanting to get wet in a pool - it never rained!
Several days later Jeff called and we set the time for the next afternoon.  He arrived about 30 min early and since we were not yet home, he explained to the housekeeper that he would just start his testing.  I arrived shortly after that and Jeff had the patience to explain every step of what he was doing.  After about an hour of testing all of our jets and the skimmer, he donned a wet suit, hooked up an air pump and started testing the bottom returns and the pool light assembly.
He did find a serious leak in the bottom drain and reapired it with an underwater puddy.  He then took the time to preventively patch any small future crack problems around the waterfall to the pool.
It has now been 6 days since the service.  There is no evidence of any leaking and a repair we had anticipated could be very costly was taken care of in a professional and throughly competent manner by a man who certainly knew what he was doing. I did not bother asking for the Angies List discount.  Jeff is one of the owners of Leak Wizard ande deserved the extra profit.
I could not be happier with the results.

These guys were awesome.  It was a Sunday morning, by the way.  Jeff and a younger assistant arrived at noon, just about an hour after I called.  They were not the least bit put out, coming out on a Sunday.  On the contrary, they were friendly, relaxed, and efficient.  Jeff grasped quickly what the problem was.  He was kind about me estimating the pipe's circumference incorrectly, and he went over to Lowe's for the parts he was missing.  He dove to the bottom of the pool to stop the drain, so the hole would quit filling and so he could do his work.  I think it was about three hours of work.  I tried to get them to not bother cleaning up all the muddy mess but they wouldn't hear of it.  They cleaned up everything.  It was masterful work.  He charged me the base price he initially quoted over the phone, just for coming over.  $250 dollars.  There were no add-ons, no charges for parts or labor, no nothing.  He even picked up a couple of bags of fresh dirt at Lowe's (so I could refill the hole), no charge.
I cannot think how this could have gone better, unless my wife had confiscated that hatchet on Saturday.

My pool was leaking about an inch every couple of days or so. I called Leak Wizard and spoke to Jeff, he gave me a little discount for getting two pools checked. The tech came out on time and checked the pool and said I had a leak in the vacuum return line but he didn't have a piece of equipment on him to find out exactly where the leak was and that someone would be coming in the next couple of days to mark the spot because I decided to do the fix myself vs paying $850 for them to do the repair which would involve removing brick pavers, digging up and fixing part of the PVC pipe. Well a couple of days later someone else came by but couldn't pinpoint the leak and said he couldn't find a leak and to watch the pool level and call back if it continued to go down. Well it continued and they sent the first guy back out to check it again. He called me and said he pinpointed the leak and removed one of the pavers as I was not there, so he could mark where the leak was and told me to remove about 6 pavers around it and dig to the pipe. Fast forward a few days and I have torn apart my patio, removing about 15 pavers to try and even find the pipe. I had to dig all the way to the concrete pool edge of where the pipe is coming out of the pool. Low and behold, i found the leak, it's coming from around the pipe thats going into the concrete/pool. I thought to myself, there is no way I just tore apart my patio to find a leak that could of been fixed from inside the pool. So i put my finger in the return line from inside the pool and I could feel where the PVC pipe is glued to the vacuum port about an inch in. one area where the two were glued together felt crusty, like it had buildup from a LEAK. So I used the leftover pool epoxy that Josh had left me to cover that area and now my pool is leak free.
So why did I give them a C rating? Well, my fathers pool had leaks around the skimmers which he found and sealed and now my fathers pool level has been stable for the past two weeks. But why were two separate people not able to locate a simple glue joint leak in my pool? What if I had said yes and had them fix the pool for $850 when it could of only taken a bit of epoxy to fix the problem in 2 minutes? They should of pinpointed the leak properly, instead of 5 feet away from where it actually was and made me dig all the way back to where the pipe is coming out of the pool. The leak should of been easily found using the dye the first time around but instead i'm now having to start putting my patio back together.

It went great! Jeff was determined to find the leak and felt it was not the overfilling of the pool since I notice that I was filling my pool every week and it was dropping below the skimmer line. I also did a little trouble shooting on my own and shut the main drain and did not run the pump that is when I noticed the spa seem to be losing water and not the pool. Leak Wizard checked everything. Jeff came back the next day to check everything again to confirm the area first before digging. The service fee to have the leak detected was 250 and then to repair was 850 this was with your discount. It seems high but Jeff was here a total of 4 days at about 6-8 hours each day, 2 to locate and confirm and 2 to repair. I have already recommended Leak Wizard to others.

We called to make an appointment and Jeff was up front with the costs and what the initial 250.00 charge would cover. He was quite detailed with potential issues which we could encounter and I found it refreshing to get the low-down prior to a repair/visit. We
were satisfied that the initial costs and the level of service were provided prior to the visit. It was Wednesday and an appointment was available Friday that we accepted. The repair person named Josh arrived at our house on time. My husband had quite a few questions for him about what would be done and what potential issues we could have with our pool; Josh was quite patient with us while doing his job and also answering our questions. It's good dealing with professionals that can respond to queries and still be able to do their jobs. Josh found and repaired 2 leaks and proceeded to check the spa to determine if there were any potential issues or problem areas. Overall, the experience was positive and we were quite happy the problem was not large and covered by the $250.00 visit price. We definitely will use Leak Wizards in the future should we encounter dramatic water loss in the pool again.

I contacted Leak Wizard to schedule leak detection service on my in-ground swimming pool,  I had been losing approx. 3-4

inches of water per week.  They were easy to contact and very informative regarding exactly what is included  in the basic $250 Leak detection service.   I was able to get an appointment within a week of my call.

The technician arrived exactly on time (also gave me a "heads up" call to tell me he was on the way).  The weather turned a bit nasty during the in-pool portion of the inspection but the technician worked through it and completed the work.  Several small leaks were found and the repairs were included in the basic price.  The technician advised me to monitor the pool level over the next couple of weeks to ensure that the repairs were successful.  Unfortunately,  frequent thunderstorms over that period made it difficult to do that.

It was at least one month after Leak Wizard's service call that I was able to conclude that the leak rate was reduced - it was cut in half.   It still seemed like this leak rate was too much for normal evaporation so I asked Leak Wizard to perform a follow-up visit.   The technician actually came out the same day as my call.  During this visit,  the technician verified that previous repairs were still tight and then searched for any new ones.  One new leak was detected and repaired.

I'm happy to report that my pool water level is now steady as a rock.

It is refreshing to deal with a professional contractor that stands behind their work (without hesitation).   I highly recommend Leak Wizard.

I placed a call to Jeff Camp mid-day Thursday and scheduled an appointment the following Tuesday at 10 am.  The Technician (the "other" Jeff) showed up at precisely 10 am and immediately wen to work searching for the leak. He was very thorough and located the leak around the rim of the pool light.
Jeff completed his work in about 2 hours. He was very polite and courteous.
I have utilized "The Leak Wizards" several times in the past and will continue to do so in the future!
