CALLED JIM AT 8AM MONDAY MORNING AND EXPLAINED MY PROBLEM. HE DIAGNOSED IT OVER THE PHONE AND SCHEDULED ME FOR SERVICE THE SAME DAY. HE WAS ON TIME, HAD CORRECTLY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM, AND PERFORMED THE REPAIR IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES.
