It was excellent. He showed up on a Saturday night, and rebuilt the lock in about 20 minutes. The prices were low and the quality was high. I would tell a friend or family member to expect honesty and quality.

It went very well. He answered the phone when I called and he came out the next day. He came right on time. Very professional and pleasant. He spotted that my deadlock bolt was not clear to go in the required depth for security and he fixed it.

I realized at about 3:30 that the front door deadbolt was not actually working.  I called Gary at Integrity and he indicated he was in St. Pete, could not make it to me in Temple Terrace until 6 p.m.  He asked how I got to him, I said through Angie's list, he said that would give me a 10% discount. I was impressed that he didn't care about a printed coupon, he just offered the discount on the phone.  He was running late due to weather and traffic, which he indicated when I texted him.  He was professional and courteous, patiently answered my questions about why the locks weren't functioning well.  He had a replacement deadbolt that was a good color fit with the existing doorknob.  All the work was done in about an hour and we had a pleasant chat as he worked too.  He's an interesting man. I will definitely call him whenever I need help again.  He saved me time and trouble by coming then.

Gary was the first of many locksmiths that i reached out to who called me back timely.  He arrived right on time as scheduled and rekeyed 4 of our deadbolts perfectly.  Would definitely recommend Integrity's services to anyone.

I recently lost my car keys while traveling.  Trying to be smart and economical, I ordered a new, uncut key and keyless entry fob online. After getting a price on the programming work from the Jeep dealer, I called another A-List locksmith, who said that they would not cut or program a key that they didn't sell.  So much for them.  I next called Gary Lang of Integrity, who had no hesitation about it.  We set up an appointment at his location within 2 days (he is mobile, but we live nearby and I thought it might save a little more).
When I arrived, Gary was ready for me. After I properly showed that I owned the car, and using a tech manual and a programming machine, he completed the work in 20 minutes or so, and we were done.  He was even able to save the previous memory settings (seat position, radio channels) - the best possible outcome.  I am very satisfied with Gary's work, promptness, and professionalism. I would call him again without reservation.  
FYI - it is worth doing your homework.  The first price Gary quoted me was higher than the dealer's price.  When I told him what I had been offered elsewhere, he immediately matched that price, and added an Angie's List discount.  Again, I am very happy with the outcome.

We got off to a rough start. He was scheduled to come on the 17th at 11:00 am, and didn't tell me he wasn't coming until almost noon. This is a new home that we just purchased, so we don't live here yet. I had to reschedule for today, and he was early. The work was performed, and he did a great job. I'm very happy with my new front door locks in particular.

     
    Dave arrived on time, and quickly made the needed repair to the front door entry handle lock. He was superb!   His service was worth the yearly cost to Angie's list. 

I inquired  online through Angie's List for an estimate of work needed to be done. Within fifteen minutes I had a reply for specifics of what was to be done and was asked to text a pic of old and new lock.  So I did.  It was quite late so I received a phone call first thing the next morning with my very reasonable quote and set up an appointment for the next morning,  which was very important since my locks and door weren't working!!  Gary was on time within the one hour window he had given to me.  He was pleasant and  I felt very comfortable having him in my home.  He did the work in less than an hour and was on his way.  Quality of work was excellent.  I will call him again for the other work I will be needing. So glad for Angie's List!!!

From beginning to end the project went smoothly. The company answered my first phone call and we scheduled an installation which fortunately was the next day. They arrived on time, completed the job with professionalism.

Gary was on time for the two days he had to come to my house.  He explained everything, fixed it all in a very sort time on-site, and informed me of what was wrong and how to keep the locks in working order for years to come.

I contacted the provider via Angie's List and they responded very quickly with a price. I called the provider to confirm and scheduled the appointment. They were out the next day and a bit earlier than they quoted over the phone. The work was completed in a few hours and was done very efficiently and cleanly. We will do business with Integrity Key Lock and Safe again!

I called Integrity this morning as the new hardware on my newly-painted front door wouldn't accommodate my former key.  Gary was very positive and helpful saying he could come later today. (6p)  I received a call that he had time earlier (3p) and could be at my home in 15 minutes.  Wonderful!  He arrived at the time promised (3:15) and quickly assessed the problem and fixed it.  He also went the extra mile by making sure the lever on the bolt lined up properly and made the hole for the bolt in the jam deeper to accommodate the whole deadbolt.  (it had always been 1/2 in too shallow)   It was so reassuring to know that someone was as concerned with the appearance and safety of the door hardware as I was.  
I will use Integrity any time I need  a locksmith in the future and highly recommend their services.
