He came back to the waiting area within the hour to tell me that I had two leaks in my air conditioning system - one very minor that a leak stop product probably would address, and the other a bit more serious, involving the compressor. He gave me my options (get the freon recharged, but it would eventually leak back out or get the compressor fixed, which would cost approximately 600.00).
I opted for the recharge at this time, but if I do decide that I am keeping the car, I am definitely taking it back to Ashley and her crew. I've been to three different locations of Ice Cold Air in Tampa, and I have never had a bad experience. This time was no exception, I even received a followup call a week or so after the repair, to ask if everything was still OK with the car. I have NEVER received a followup call after getting a car repair.

When I went to pick up my car, I noticed that they did not replaced my headlamps. When I told them about this, they immediately apologized, took my car back in the shop and had them replaced right then. It didn't take but a few minutes and I was ready to roll!
What I appreciate most about their service is that they follow up with you a few weeks after your service is done to make sure that everything is going okay. I truly feel that they are very honest and reputable people, and they take care to keep my interior clean too.
They do also have coupons on their Web site and they send you coupons after your service to keep you coming back. This is a great way to keep your car in shape and not worry about it costing a fortune. Their prices are fair, but a coupon always helps!
