Hughes Exterminators - Tampa FL

While inspecting for pests, the inspector showed me issues that were unrelated to pests. This was information I needed to know and was able to use before closing.

Called about two months ago, and Service man came and sprayed inside garage doorway and all around the house. Very satisfied, ants did not return

We have been with this company for several years and they do a wonderful job. They are quick to respond when we need them to come out and spray for bugs. We highly recommend them!

They promised me service every 6 weeks and I had to call them because they weren’t treating my yard.

They would show up without scheduling and we have fenced in yard so they review a third or a fifth of it and leave. We signed up for a service to come out and monitor four times a year and they told us they didn't need to monitor four times a year, they only needed to do it once. Everybody else we talked to said you had to do it four times a year so it's bad. I was paying a lot of money for not much service.

I have been using Hughes since 2007 but this is the first time I have had an opportunity to submit a report on Angies List. I am impressed with their attention to detail and willingness to work with the customer whenever it comes to a service issue. They have always been fair, responsive and good at what they do. I am happy with the service they provide.

Hughes Exterminators has been my pest exterminator for 11 years, 3 times a year and they never changed the price on me. They are a great company. They are trustworthy and they explain to me what they will use. I have dogs so he informs me when he's gonna spray at the yard.

Greg did the Termite inspection before we brought our current home.We chose to continue with Hugh's exterminators for termite protection.They have installed the Sentricon colony elimination system.So far they have been prompt with the inspection and set up.

Hughes has been our termite and pest control company for 10 years, and we have always been happy with them. A few nights ago I heard the sound of an animal above the ceiling of our bedroom. I called Hughes and they sent a person out to check out the premises. He thoroughly examined the house, inside and out, including going up on the roof and inspecting the attic. He found a few places externally that needed small repairs, including a tree branch that was touching the roof, and he told me how to correct the problems, but he didn't find any evidence of any animal intrusion or any place that an animal could get into the house. He said what I probably heard was a raccoon walking on the roof. The inspection took about an hour. When I asked him for the bill, he said there was no charge, and that it was a courtesy call. I was very surprised, but naturally very pleased too.

Greg Keirly came to the house to do the inspection. He was very professional and looked over the entire house top to bottom. Very happy with work. Called them back to set up quarterly inspections and treatments. Greg handled it all for me. Would recommend this company to friends and family.

I have been using Hughes Exterminators for twenty years. They are terrific and very responsive. If I see a bug, they immediately come out and take care of it.

They are topnotch. They are very effective and if I have any problem at all, they will come out free of charge. They charge every quarter. Their pricing is very good. I have recommended them to my neighbors. I would continue to use them in the future.

Awful. We're on out 5th re treatment for roaches.

They were timely and punctual. They did what they said they were going to do and remedied the problem. I would use them again in the future.

Hughes has also done our extermination. I have had the same guy for the last three years. He is very polite and does a very thorough job. The one time we had any problems with insects, I called and they were here the next day. I highly recommend using Hughes.

He could have just gone ahead and restarted my service and charged me for spraying a dead lawn, but he showed integrity and professionalism by steering me in the correct direction. THANK YOU, you are indeed Top Notch!!

They came right away and went right to the pantry. They found them right away and did a treatment. That was the end of it! The condo next to me suddenly had a roach problem, which meant that I got roaches! I called Top Notch, since I now have a contract. The man who came explained why I was getting the roaches (it was because of the neighbor) and he sprayed right away. They are excellent, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Had to bring TopNotch in again, and they are so reliable. So friendly and caring. We had paid for the yearly service and were able to call at any time. We had a reoccurring problem with insects in our patio area. They came, got the job done and I can say it has been a few months now with no pests. Our area is difficult as it is outside and not screened in. They are wonderful. Highly recommend.

It went fine. There wasn't any problems. They were on time. There isn't any sign of any termites since they came out. It took about an hour and a half.
