Since it was under new management, he was unwilling to honor the warranty. Charles Davis did the work. The product was fine but management are out to make their money. I would have given them an A for quality if they did the work right the first time.

They were worthless. They went out of business in Tampa, they only had offices in Orlando, nobody would come and fix the problem, because apparently they were all individual contractors. The original price to put the gutter helmet was outrageously expensive, more expensive than anyone else in the market, and they were supposedly the best in the market. That is not a fact, they get clogged up and filled with dirt, and nobody will come and service it. We used them on 3 different occasions because I couldn't afford to do it all at one time. THEY ARE UNRESPONSIVE TO ANY PROBLEMS, when I tried calling them to solve the problems.

They did their job and did it when they were supposed to. I would recommend them to friends or family members. I may not use them in the future as I found somebody better.

After a deposit of $1331, a team of two men showed up a few weeks later to install 58 feet of gutters (which arrived a few days earlier on a huge truck). It took this crew two days to install the new gutters, attach the gutter protection and replace all the old hardware on the bird cage with stainless steel screws. They did a great job protecting our lanai and pool from debris by covering the whole area with tarp to catch all the aluminum shavings that come with such a project. We have had several hard rains since the installation and our lanai deck has not flooded at all! We should have had these installed years ago. We are very pleased with the workmanship and how quickly they completed the project.

I requested a price for gutter helmets. They came out and gave me a quote. When they started working they weren't putting the helmets on and said that it wasn't part of the plan. When I asked them to put them on they requested for 245 dollars more. I said ok to that. When they were finished they had only put on the gutter helmet for a part of the front of my house and said that was the deal. I spoke to the manager or the owner, he said that there was nothing in the contract that stated anything about the gutter helmets. He said he would have the salesman call me back and he never did. The owner then said there was nothing he could do for me. Make sure to check the fine print!

It went fine. It took longer than we both had anticipated. They had to come back and finish some things that we were missed. We are fairly pleased. They stood behind their work.

Three gents worked diligently for 2 days. They were prompt and organized. Only one mishap - one worker found water rot on my roof by stepping through it (luckily it was over the eave).

I would say their professionalism was good. They are fairly expensive but I always figure that you pay for what you get. Now my gutter is leaking again and I don't know why. They were prompt with returning phone calls, depending on if they fix my now leaking gutter I would use them again in the future.

The company advertises and the salesman emphasized that the pool cage would look almost new when the job was completed. The three person team showed up when scheduled. They installed the 7 inch gutter, replaced hardware, and rescreened the cage; however, they only did a superficial power wash of the cage. Upon my initial inspection I found they had misaligned several of the cage support beams, there were six holes in the new screen, a entire section did not have new hardware replaced, and the cage did not look any better than when they started. I called the company manager and had him conduct an inspection and he comfirmed the work had not been done correctly. He sent two people out the next week and fixed the discrepancies. However, they did not have the right brushes and solvents to properly power was the cage. They returned to the company and got some additional equipment and did a better, but not as good as advertised power wash of the cage. The bottom line is my pool cage looks like a 20 year old pool cage that has been repaired and not almost like new as advertised. They did an average job of screening after fixing problems found on the initial inspection. The gutter was professionally installed and works as it should. The process resulted in some rust stains in my pool and the company paid to have them removed. This is a company that is noted for their gutters and just recently went into the pool cage renewal business. Their salesman oversells what the customer should expect with the cage renewal and the installers are not able to deliver what was promised.

The sales representative was great. He explained everything carefully and well. My wife and I were impressed with the product and the sale representative s knowledge and thoroughness. Receipt of parts for the installation required over six weeks. After the installers completed the job on a Thursday, I found they had left excess materials in my yard Friday morning. I also had a couple of questions about the installation so I called the company the following Monday morning. I talked to a gentleman that identified himself as the "owner" named John. I explained my concerns about the installation and he became flippant and condescending. I attempted to discuss my concerns and he became rude, and explained it was warranted and an approved Gutter Helmet installation. I do not believe we shall employ John Stone when installing Gutter Helmet on the remainder of my home.

The guy came and was honest about not needing to put it up in the front. He said "I can't see you wasting money where you don't need to". They were very good. You are guaranteed their work for the life of the product but they are pricey. They suggested a way to pay for it as well and avoided me having to pay large interest. I was terribly impressed with that. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

The salesman showed me a demo of the product and I watched a short CD (he had a portable CD player) on the product. The salesman was professionally dressed, well mannered and addressed any questions I had. I loved the product instantly. The installers were pleasant and did a professional job (e.g., cleaned up after completing the work). I no longer have to clean my gutters of leaf debris. If for some reason debris does get into my gutters, Gutter Helmet will clean my gutters for FREE! It was worth the price, absolutely. I would recommend this product to anyone.
