Green Solutions is an award-winning Lawn Care (fertilization, insect, disease, and weed control), Shrub and Palm care, full service commercial and residential Pest control, Termite, Mosquito, and rodent control company serving the Tampa Bay area. Among these awards is the Angie's List Super Service Award for 2012 and 2013. We offer "green" options for most services. We are one of a very few companies in Florida that are GreenPro certified. We are a full service Pest Control, Termite, and Lawn Care Business. Green Solutions is proud to offer our customers over 80 years of industry experience and is confident that we hold the solution to your lawn and pest problems. Our Staff is readily available to provide lawn and pest assessments and to make environmentally sound recommendations. Our application technicians are extensively trained in pesticide application proficiency and safety procedures and are ready to respond on a moments notice. Our final step to ensuring our customer’s complete satisfaction is to provide our Quality Assurance Guarantee which allows our customers unlimited service calls by managers to answer any unsolved questions or concerns. Our Management Team's past and current credentials: *Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Turf Management *University of Georgia with a Bachelors Degree in Turfgrass Management. *University of Florida with an undergraduate and graduate degree in Horticulture *Chief Agronomist to the Greg Norman Turf Company *Board Member and President of the Florida Turfgrass Association.

This may seem like a trivial issue, but we see it as a reflection of a company's word and what we can expect in the future. If you cannot keep your word on something as simple as returning a phone call as you promise then how can you hope to be responsible if your customers have real issues.
On November 4th at about 8:15 AM I received a call from Green Solutions wanting to know how they dropped the ball. No apology, no attempt to continue the service. As the person stated, it was a call for quality assurance.

I will be calling you today to discuss this personally. It is never OK for us to make promises which we cannot keep, even if it is as simple as failing to call when we promise to call. I am also sad to hear that when someone from our office called to find out why you canceled that we failed to simply apologize, and we didn’t try to save your business. It is just disappointing. Ultimately, I am the owner, and the buck stops with me, so I will take responsibility. We have a team meeting every Tuesday, and I can assure you that we will go over these items in detail with our full staff during the next meeting. I would like to take the opportunity to offer you 1 free service on me. My hope is that we will have the opportunity to meet your expectations and ultimately to change your mind as to the value and professionalism of our service. As you can tell from our numerous “A” rated reviews, I believe that your experience was the exception to what most all of our customers experience. If you have already made plans with another service provider or you simply don’t want to deal with it, I certainly understand. After researching and seeing what services my neighbors use, I found Green Solutions through Angie's List.
The areas in my yard that had some issues are all now green and thick. My watering bill is lower since my lawn is healthier.
The fire ants and other pests have disappeared. Weeds are under control too. My neighbors all now ask ME who services my lawn! I would recommend Green Solutions to all!
