I thought we had a good working relationship. I was surprised when you canceled the service with a voicemail that offered no explanation and an edict that you did not want to be called back about the matter. It is interesting that I do not show a service call request from you for 2 years prior to your cancellation outlining any sort of concern. Just an out-of-the-blue cancel with no reason whatsoever. I can't very well address your concerns if I do not know what they are. I would imagine, given the history we had working together, that you would know I'd do whatever I needed to in the spirit of fairness to try to make you happy. However, I wasn't offered that opportunity. I can't do anything about concerns that you are not willing to share with me. I believe that grading my company a "C" for professionalism, punctuality, and responsiveness is unfair and unwarranted given my personal involvement and demonstrated history of addressing your concerns with the lawn. I think that grade should be reserved for owners that do not call you back immediately, do not come and look at your concerns personally and in short order, and are not willing to meet you on site. All I ever wish for from Angie’s List customers is a fair assessment of the categories for which we are to be graded. Anyway, I hope you are happy with your current provider.
