Description of Work: I use Grable Plumbing Co Inc for plumbing services. We had a faucet that had a problem. They told me they couldn't get the part for it that only the owner could get the part and so I had to contact the people who made it and they mailed me the part free. So they came out here and they didn't charge me cause it's part of the contract. But they didn't actually fix something cause they couldn't.

Description of Work: I had a pipe from my second floor bathroom come apart and start leaking into the rooms downstairs. It was Saturday around 5pm and someone was there by 8pm, which I appreciated because I had to shut the water supply off to the house to prevent it from raining in my house. Anyway, Paul identified the potential point of the leak by the wetness of the wall, cut into the wall and repaired the pipe. He did a great job and I was satisfied with the outcome.

Description of Work: I had a slab moisture in a room but they could not figure it out where it was coming from (it has stumbled quite a number of other people). However, since they were here, I got them to locate the sewer clean out ($162) as I may need it to figure out where the slab moisture is coming from, change a spigot ($97) and the main water line service valve ($245). Service charge was $69. The rates were reasonable and I have a 1 year parts/labor guarantee.
