"We are fairly new at monitoring Angie’s List for customer activity concerning our company and we noticed you posted an “F” review on us back on October 15, 2012 (see details below). We are very sorry to hear you did not have a good experience in getting your mail slot fixed; especially if we provided the poor service. Mail slot repair is typically not a service we would provide, so we are fairly confident you confused us with another glass shop. The details of your complaint are not familiar to us so we searched our customer point of sale database and we were unable to locate any orders that would correspond to your experience. If we had more details we would be able to definitively confirm this for you. There are many shops in Tampa with similar names like Glass America, Glass Pros, Glass Guru, Glass Paramedics, etc.; is it possible you confused us with a competitor? We also asked Angie’s List to investigate your posting and even reach out to you if possible. Their feedback to us seemed to agree this was probably posted to the incorrect business. However, they tell us you, the member, still have to be the one to update or remove it; they will not. On that note, we would like to make a small request from you: • If you are not certain, and you agree with us that it possible you posted the review to the wrong company, then we ask that you please remove or update your review. • If you are certain you posted this review to the correct company page and it was the Glass Doctor that provided the poor service, then we would love to speak with you over the phone. "We blew it and have apologized. Tech is supposed to call all his customers early a.m. and provide schedule to each customer. If delay occurs, also to call and give update. Tech has been counciled. We also should not have bad mouthed Safelite, Unfortunately, they are infamous in our industry for doing the same to all their competitors and our employee retaliated when he shouldn't have."
