About us
The Fox Design/Build process is streamlined and budget conscious. From the start, our design/build team assumes responsibility for design, construction and satisfactory completion by keeping the project on schedule and on budget. The client saves time and money by dealing with a single source instead of working separately with an architect, an interior designer and a contractor. When a project is coordinated and managed by a design/build firm; the designer, contractor and craftsman are able to focus on the quality and aesthetics of the project. The process begins with a meeting between the design/build team and the homeowner to discuss what they want to accomplish and the budget considerations. Next the designer and contractor write an Existing Conditions Report. This report includes a detailed survey of the property including photographs, measurements, structural elements, and mechanical systems in the home. Based on this report and the client’s budget guidelines, a detailed outline of the project is provided. This is presented to the client during an interview with the designer who will lead a design discussion explaining the next step in the process and show the homeowner renderings options for the remodeled space. When the designer and the client are in agreement on the remodeling concept the work will begin and your visions will come to life.
