Absolutely amazing job by the Florida Electric and Solar team on my home in tampa. I was looking to have some solar work done to save some money and ended up getting a whole home battery back up system that has held true throughout the last 2 hurricanes we had earlier this year. Exited to have my power on for the rest of forever!!!

I have a hard time even believing that all the 5 star reviews are even real. This company has been the worst as far as customer service goes that I have ever dealt with. One issue after another, from the misleading sales process, to the over a year from install to inspection of the solar system set up, the lack of verifying with me if I even have a preference of where the panels are installed, the going dark on requests until I have lost all patience, the lack of follow up and follow through on complaints and issues, the additional year to get my generator up and running just to suspiciously appear to skip an inspection of it, as well as pawn off the issues of following up with their chosen contractor to me instead of addressing the issue. Not worth an almost $60,000 bill in the slightest. I feel incredibly unvalued, and quite frankly screwed over. Granted I should have done more shopping around first and that is my fault, but there was nothing that hinted at how bad this process could be with this company especially with the high price tag. I will be adding similar reviews to all platforms that host reviews for this company because these 5 star reviews everywhere are incredibly suspicious and all deserve to know of the things you could really run into doing business with FES.

This was literally the easiest thing. I am really happy that the panels aren't in your face from the front or back of my property. Happy to be energy efficient, eco friendly and stop paying Duke all the money. This was a great process. Everyone should do this if possible.

After making many phone calls to different solar panel installation companies in the area, I decided to go with Florida Electric and Solar for my solar conversion. By far, the most professional and courteous. They listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. The project went seamlessly and was exactly what I wanted and am now fully solar! 10/10 would recommend for all your solar needs!

My wife and I wanted to install a whole house Solar System. We met with several solar panel installation companies. The professionals at Florida Electric and Solar were laser focused on quality, cost, and timeliness. Quality was easily identified by comparing the value of the PE&S Photovoltaic panels, inverters, and attaching hardware to what the competition offered. In the FE&S proposal we were extremely impressed with the timeline for drafting the engineering plans, obtaining a building permit, installation, and inspection. FE&S professionals did the whole project from start to finish in less than a month. I do not usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to let everyone know what a valuable service FE&S provides.
