From first contact at their facility, to the estimators arrival at my home, to the install crew completing the job, this is a first class operation. The price was competitive. The install was fast. I will be using them again in the future to make additions to the current fence.

They did a great job. They were not the cheapest and they were not the most expensive, they were right in the middle. They came out and honored the same price and they did a good job. I was very happy and there workers were very good. I would use them again and I would refer them too if somebody asked me.

The estimator was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The interest free financing helped seal the deal. Pricing was competitive and reasonable. We had numerous quotes and Fence Outlet was lower than most. Installation took longer than expected due to delays in obtaining permits and the substantial September rain. We appreciated that they were willing to install during inclement weather but doing so would void our warranty due to standing water so we were willing to wait. The installation crews were very professional and polite. They were open to installation that caused the least amount of inconvenience for our neighbors and us. There was minimal damage to the lawn but that was primarily due to the wet ground from above average rainfall. The installation crews make a big difference. We had two crews involved in our installation. One crew arrived early and was very accurate and efficient. The other crew, though very professional and polite, arrived later in the day and was less precise on building a straight fence. However, both teams were willing to correct mistakes when we brought them up - even when the mistakes were caused by the other team. It took 4 days to complete the installation. The original projection was 3 days. There was one day the weather changed and it rained. The crew worked soaking wet and continued to build the fence while it rained. Their work ethic was admirable. Clean up was thorough each day and all remnants of the old fence were efficiently removed upon completion. We love the end result! The fence is beautiful, with quality materials, and a sturdy structure. We would use them again and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

They are the absolute worst, horrendous, and I have kept extensive notes because they were so bad. It was supposed to be a couple of hours, one day at the most. I set it up months in advance; they did not show up. They showed up a little bit one day, a little bit one day, a little bit another day and a little bit whatever, they kept us the entire week, ruined our entire vacation. They did a shitty job. I take pictures before and after and during and had had no problems with anybody except them. They wanted a copy of the video and said they would not allow me to take any pictures because they were trying to build up and they did not want anything bad, which makes me feel okay if you are going to do a shitty job then you do not want it recorded and if you are going to do a great job then you want it back. They were horrendous, horrible, horrible, horrible, the worst experience I have ever had in my life. Fence Outlet is the most miserable company. It is the absolute worst company in the world. No body there knows what the hell is going on, except Amanda. You cannot guess, they say do you know the party, give the extension, when you give the extension and on the recording it says something entirely different. If you leave a message you cannot contact them, they do not follow-up, they do not show up when they are supposed to. I would give them a and ndash;100. One guy was good and he is the guy that came out and did a repair a year later. It is the most unprofessional, bizarre, paranoid, difficult to deal with company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They were extremely expensive. Their price was horrendous; they were very very very expensive. We thought we had a good company, we thought we are going to get a good product, may be we did but it is starting to fall apart. Their responsiveness is worse than "F."

The guys at Fence Outlet are really professional and very easy to work with. They came out and quoted, we agreed and had our fence installed. It was beautiful...but the fence was placed 2 1/2 feet forward, therefore making our already small backyard, really small. We addressed our issue with the guy that originally quoted (David Spence) and he got it all taken care of. They came back out, and corrected the error. They were all very nice and courteous. I would definitely recommend Fence Outlet. The price was a little more than we wanted to pay, but definitely worth every penny.

The guy that came by gave me a price and estimate. He actually had some products on his truck with him and he was able to show me how the things were built. They were prompt, they've done just like they said and what I expected.

I do the work myself. I just pick up the materials from them. Excellent service, great prices, and very friendly.

I was very pleased with the way the fence turned out. I had many things that I was worried about that might not be done right and they got it just the way I wanted. They got it right the first time. I was very happy with everything. The guys that came out were great and worked very efficiently and got it done in a couple days.

It went quicker than I was told,which was good by the way.The workers were very polite and did ask me questions BEFORE moving on to the next step, which I liked.It was alittle pricy but you get what you pay for. They did clean up there mess when done and made sure I was happy with the job. They had me walk around and make sure all was ok before they left.

They came and performed their job.

The Fence Outlet was really professional, quick, and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. I haven't had any problem with the fence. The price was exactly what they quoted and it was the best price of all their competitors.

They were excellent. They only thing I didn't like is that we had to wait 3 weeks for an install. We had to pay for half of it up front then wait 3 weeks. That was the only thing I didn't like. They did a very good job. We had a couple of rain days and I was afraid we were going to get pushed way out because that means it's rain at every job but they were prompt and they came out here and got it done when they said. It looks excellent, they did a very good job. The price was excellent, we did our shopping around. One of our gates wasn't working and they came right out and fixed it. The crew wasn't quite as professional as I would have liked them to be.

I had to leave 3 messages before someone called me back to book a consultation. David the sales representative visited our home and was very professional, and informative, presented a quote. The installation was scheduled within a week. A contracted crew arrived to install, and a number of problems ensued. They claimed they were not briefed properly - they did not have the correct tools. They also did not have the correct gate latches. The job was supposed to have taken 1/2 day and took 1 and 1/2 days. They cut an unsightly 2 inch gash into the existing fence, and the gates had a 3 inch gap on one side only. The gate construction was sloppy, with the rounded top cut unevenly. A staff installer came a few days later and managed to correct all the problems. But in a month, the latch came loose and our dogs escaped. I have left 4 messages in a week and no one has called me back about the problem. Gate is now held shut with bricks and I will have to replace the latch myself.
