The painting crew started work promptly when when said they would and they finished right on time as well. There were no major problems with the job and all minor issues were resolved as soon as we mentioned them. Basically, they did what they said they would do and when they said they would do it, and for the agreed-upon price.

My interaction with them was good, I just went with a different company. He did not respond very well to my communication. Not very responsive, and quite discourteous, given the economy.

They painted a majority of the interior of the house (main rooms including a 2-story family room and hallways). Required 2 coats (which Mike told me it would) and also I asked them to paint all trim in these areas. Mike gave me an estimate but they do work by the hour. The estimate was very close to what it actually cost. They did a fantastic job, were timely and courteous. Mike even called the paint store to try to find out the exact builder's trim brand/color so he could match it. Several people have commented on what a good job they did. I have also used them previously to paint exterior of another home, and they did a good job there as well. Would hire them again.

Their price was very competitive and their work was really good. They came out pressure washed and filled out the cracks. They came out the next day to paint. They did a complete job. If you had any problems they corrected it right there. The last time they left the cigarette buds lying on the lawn. The plants and shrubbery were a little bit damaged but this time around I did not notice any of that.

Very poor. Numerous calls (around 6) went unreturned. Finally came out; agreed on price and rough time frame. Never returned calls to finalize start date. Never showed up to perform the work. Couldn't be more dissatisfied as the identified tasks were in a dependency chain of work, which was explained and understood by this company. I was left high and dry...

ON THE WHOLE, THEY WERE VERY GOOD. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
