They will not respond to my request for semi-annual check-up and maintenance service. I have made 6 separate requests--3 by email through their website maintenance request form and 3 by telephone to their automated voice mail system. EMS has never responded to a single request.

EMS failed to show up for the scheduled maintenance of August 9, 2016 without notice. Furthermore, following their no-show, the company would not respond to my 5 emails or 6 phone calls over the next two weeks. I finally sent a certified letter which was accepted at their office on August 19, and still no response by either phone or e-mail.

I have a 10 year maintenance contract with them where they are supposed to come out twice a year for preventative maintenance. They haven't come out once yet and it has been over a year. they will not answer or come out which will void my warranty. I want them to come out and give me my maintenance so that I can keep my warranty. I have been trying to contact for 3 weeks with no answer. I have left them messages and sent emails and have emailed the company who my air conditioner is through.

I was impressed from the beginning.  I had used Home Pro to find reputable contractors and an engineer (yes, an actual engineer), called within minutes.  We discussed my needs and a gentleman, Tony, came out the next day.  Unlike other sales people who had come by, I was totally blown away when Tony examined every aspect of the existing systems, including looking over the circuit breaker panel.  He discovered that the circuit breakers that protect the systems and my home were too large, a serious fire hazard.  fter that was complete we discussed a variety of options, costs of units, costs of operations, and the pros and cons of each.  I know the price shown here seems high but I chose a slightly higher end system based on operation cost calculations.  In fact, Tony has an equation he uses to perform the cost analysis.  There are some really bad companies in this field, including one who tried to sell me less reliable units for the same price (without even looking at the units already in place) but these are the good guys.  The installation was smooth and the men worked until 10:00 to be sure I was up and running before they left.  They even replaced the breakers and they vacuumed up behind themselves.  Very professional from start to finish.
