Description of Work: Eric is the most highly skilled computer tech I've ever dealt with. He debugged our new PC that we had just built as it was not powering on properly. And then he did a fresh install of Win10. He also installed a new power switch. Next he upgraded a second PC with Win10 after 4 Microsoft techs could not do it. He is more knowledgeable.
