"We are sorry that you were not pleased with your groom. I do feel this is an very harsh review if the only complaint was the hair cut. Was your dog treated well? Was the groomer friendly? Was everything done in the time allotted? These are things I think you can review on a first grooming visit. Grooming however, much like hair dressing or painting, is an art form. One persons Picasso is another persons trash. A groomer tries to get in your head and see what you are thinking, but really it can take a couple trips for what's in your head and what's in the groomers head to match. I could see writing such a scathing review if you had been here 3 or 4 times and she refused to do it your way, but after one visit? I'm sorry we lost you as a customer, but our groomer works hard to be friendly, and great to the animals, and the customers she works with. She is also a very good groomer and I'm sure with more than one shot, and a critique she could have gotten to where you wanted to go, I'm sorry we won't have that opportunity."
I got a great deal on everything I bought, and will definitely return in the future. The store also does free water testing and I am confident that they will help me with any problems or questions we have with our new set up. In all, I thought this was a
wonderful local family pet shop.
