LEAKING BEFORE YOU BILL IS PAID OFF WHILE THEY DODGE YOUR CALLS IS WHAT TO EXPECT! They will give you a fake warranty on the shingles and workmanship. My roof began leaking at the 2 year mark. An inspector came out to my home and said that the roof was installed incorrectly. This company will not answer or return ANY of my calls. I now have leaking and ponding on my NEW roof. Now, I have to hire an attorney and pay a new roofing company to fix the roof. You are taking a very expensive risk if you have your roof installed by this company! *They use multiple names: Angi Roofing LLC DBA Total Home Roofing/Citrus

Awful! Do not use. No customer service, sub contractors did awful work, no one will call back. Very unprofessional. I would never recommend this company.

Do not use this company. Worst customer service ever. Also made a mess when installing roof. Original salesman quoted roof replacement & gutter's & soffit, facia replacement. Roof replaced March was told we would get gutters and etc. after inspection, never heard when inspection was nor received a phone call was done. we called numerous times with the same answer also asked about the mess the workers made to property and damage to our walkway was told a project manger would contact us still havent heard on that. Then we get a phone call asking why we haven't paid, explained we never received an inspection or an invoice for work. They then told me my gutter & facia work was cancelled due to no funds even though we had insurance check for it. Invoice comes in finally but charging for the work not done and mysterious $2,000 added with no explanation. Again, called to get explanation and as of today still haven't heard an explanation of this although I have called numerous times and get, I have to have invoicing call you. Still no answer as of today.

Do not use, and if you do, do not allow them to work with your insurance. Contracted at a signed agreed price. Work was started before a rain storm & caused interior water damage. Did not complete punch list items to complete the job. Invoiced to match insurance payout instead of contracted price. Filed a lien on the house and assigned a debt collector. Awaiting resolution. Save yourself the trouble, hire someone else.

I tried to contact him using my phone and landline he has not gotten back to me since and tried to hooked me up with one of the adjuster an expert with the company who will be able to negotiated to the insurance company but the guy constantly sent me an email to sign new contract and i request to speak with the first guy because he is not courteous enough to speak with me on the phone and decided to just void the initial authorization that you with the first guy tylor strachan 08/05/22 but still unable to get the resolution of the confirmation that the authorization was voided i went online and called citrus spoke to the general manager bryan taylor but still no resolution since 08/10/22

DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY! Unless you want headache, problems and new damages to your home. The list is so long on what when wrong.. My project started 4 months ago and my new roof now leakes in a place it never leaked before. Clearly installation and negligent issue. Nobody from hire ups, managers or directors ever returned my messages I was told they have been emailed by the local office manager but only accounting contacted me wanting the final payment.. Very aggravating and frustrating I wish I hired an other company for this big project. They dont know what they doing and they dont respect me as a costumer, my property or my time. Other houses in my neighbourhood get new roof put on in 2 weeks.. I had the full dumpster in front of my house for over a week.. An additional room was badly damaged and now a new area is leaking but they want to get paid! It is so wrong and very bad business!

Citrus Contracting just completed putting a new roof on my home. Carlos Vargas, Certified Roofing Consultant, was amazing! From the first appointment, through the entire project, he was so professional, thorough, and patient answering all of my questions and assisting with every aspect of the project. The level of customer service was exceptional! The whole project was completed smoothly and efficiently AND the roof looks beautiful! I highly recommend Citrus Contracting and Carlos!

Stephen Daniels was very helpful, fast, accurate and knowledgeable on the products. I highly recommended his service with the company, my roof process was done in less than a month, I m a very satisfied customer.

I had a long and lengthy process with my insurance company getting my approval for my roof. My rep at Citrus stayed with us thru the process and helped all he could. Finally 8 months later I am getting my roof! i am happy and pleased with the assistance and patience we received in our difficult situation. Thanks Citrus!!

This company along with Citrus contracting is an insurance scam. They submit quote to your insurance company, then send an additional 10K "supplement" once the job is done, this way if the insurance company doesn't approve the homeowner must pay the difference. Once the supplement is paid , Total Home Roofing will not release the remainder of the money to the home owner for the existing repairs not done, they keep the remainder of the insurance money. I paid the invoices due submitted by Total Home Roofing and was told I would be issued a refund for the remainder of the insurance check to complete work not completed by Total Home Roofing. I was told in order to get ALL of the money back I needed a letter provided by my insurance carrier. Once that letter was submitted to them, Total Home Roofing still kept $3000.00 of my insurance claim money. Submitting this letter had nothing to do with refunding my money- they didn't realize the refund check was already cut and mailed- so this extra hoop I had to jump through was just another road block to keep your money. This company is out to screw you and your insurance carrier out of whatever money they see fit at the time, don't believe me, check out their BBB reviews.

I used Citrus Contracting to replace my roof. They did the job- -after charging my insurance company 10,000 more than they quoted me. During the job they broke several sprinkler heads, ripped pool screens and put a hole in the pan roof above my pool. I have spoken to at least 3 people about this on the 3 weeks since and all thoughc they promise to fix it- no one has reached out to do so. Check your bull- I have repeated line items in the total. Just another scam roofing company stealing from the insurance companies and raising our rates.

They let water in the house during the project. Said they would make it right. Made promises to have it fixed, it’s been over 30 days and nothing. Once they were done With the roof they won’t answer calls or emails. They damaged gutters, screen, soffit and fascia. Won’t respond to my repeated inquiries. Then they sent an invoice. Total jerks they want your insurance money and then they will run and hide like cowards.

Citrus Contracting has made a generally grueling experience into a painless, stress free process. Being a mid-twenties first time home owner, anything to do with maintenance, big or small, can be really taxing. Citrus made me feel kept, consistently communicated the process, stayed on schedule and coordinated all aspects of the job. Thank you, Citrus!!!

1‎/‎27‎/‎2019 I had hoped to be writing an excellent review but find I am very frustrated about the whole experience of working with Citrus Contracting. In August of 2018 we began searching for a contractor to replace our roof which had suffered hurricane damage. We were diligent about researching contractors - interviewed 3-4. Many of our neighbors had used Citrus Contracting to replace their roofs and recommended them highly. We met with Wes and he was very helpful in the process and dealing with the insurance company. During our initial discussions, Wes informed us that they would have to remove the gutters to replace the roof. He also said that Seminole County required our insurance company to pay for the re-installation of the gutters. He assured us that they would take pictures of everything on the house so that it would be just as it was before they started the roof repair. I specifically discussed the downspouts on the house and asked if they could leave them so we wouldn't have to paint them again. He said they would repaint everything for us - use our paint or get new paint. He said the gutter company they used would contact us 2-3 days after completion of the roof to set up a time for the installation. We signed an agreement to work on Sept. 15, 2018 and the subsequent work authorization on 9/22/18. We were scheduled for our roof repair on 11/4/18 and everything went smoothly - the crew that replaced the roof was excellent and finished it in a day and a half. After the completion of the roof, it seems that communication just ended. We waited and waited for the gutter company to contact us and never heard anything from them or Wes. In mid December, Wes contacted us about signing a new work authorization since the total amount for the roof repair had increased. I asked him at that time when the gutters were going to be installed. He said "what - aren't they installed?" I said no, that we hadn't heard anything from the gutter company. He came on December 18, 2018 with Alex to have us sign a new work authorization for the increased cost of the roof repair. I told him I was upset about the final repairs on the roof taking so long and that I didn't want all of this construction going on over the holidays. We all agreed that the gutter installation would begin the first full week of January. The very next day, the gutter repair company showed up to put in the gutters. They didn't call us to let us know they were coming. They installed the gutters and then came back to put in the leaf guards another day. My husband saw them - they were putting in screen leaf gutters when we had previously had metal leaf protectors. My husband had to argue with the gutter contractor to get the correct ones installed. During this time, someone from Citrus Contracting came to our house to put the building permits on our front door. These building permits are still hanging on our front door - all through the holidays and a month later. We thought these had to be in place before the work could start. The Seminole County building inspector came to our house on 12/20/18 to inspect the roof and rejected it because the dryer vent was not the correct one. Luckily we were at home and he told us about this since we never heard anything about this from Wes. On 1/21/19 (a month later) Wes and Alex came to our house to fix the dryer vent. At that time I asked when the gutters would be painted and Wes said "I didn't know you wanted that done". We had discussed this in great deal when we started working with Citrus Contracting. Wes said he would have a painter contacts in the next few days to set up a time to do the painting. We have still not heard from a painter a week later. We did see (by looking at the building permits) that the inspector did come on 1/22/19 and approve the roof. Wes didn't notify us that everything was approved. We did, however, receive an invoice from Citrus Contracting requesting final payment. On the invoice, someone had hand written that we could hold back $1000 since some additional painting needed to be done in the NEXT FEW WEEKS. This did not mesh with what Wes told us. I don't know why this whole project has taken almost 3 months since the roof was finalized to complete it. I am very frustrated with Citrus Contracting at this time.

Fantastic! Hard workers, timely, and neat. Everyone we dealt with was very professional . Would highly recommend.

Nate came to the house and explain everything how is the process, he provided a catalog with the colors for us to decide which one we want. He told us how is the whole process, when they will start and how many day they will be working. They were here on time and the finish the work in the dates they said. They left all the area cleaned.

Citrus Contracting did an excellent job with our new roof! The representative, Luke Kinchen, has been extremely helpful through the whole process. He came to my house very quickly to get us an estimate and was able to do it for less than the insurance company quoted. He’s helped us deal with phone calls to our insurance when they weren’t being cooperative, which was extremely helpful! They were able to put our roof into the schedule very quickly cause we were in a time crunch to get it finished for our insurance company. The roof came out great! We are very pleased!

Luke Kinchen was an incredible help and was a determining factor when it came to choosing the right company to redo our roof after Irma. He explained everything crystal clear, and more importantly, was always available whether you had questions or concerns. The roofing work was done promptly and very cleanly, The roof looks great and we have been extremely happy in every aspect with Citrus roofing's services and Luke's.

Great to work with. Thier rep. Luke Kinchen came to my house, inspected my roof and tarped an area that was proned to leak. I filed a claim with my insurance company and Luke came and joined the agent who inspected my roof. ( complements of Irma). Luke then met with me when to insurance claim was approved. He explain everything his company would do. He even arrange for the solar and guttering to be installed. All l did was watch. Every worker was nice and courtesy. On a scale of 1-10 they scored a 12. Beautifully. Nate Caraway worked with us to explain the work and materials and never tried to sell us anything. The estimate was in line with our insurance settlement and the materials were an upgrade to what was there to start with. The contractor's license and insurance information were provided to us. After talking with him several times we had complete confidence in him and the company. All appropriate building permits and inspections were dealt with and the company worked with our HOA to insure we met the community's standards as well. Work was done to current code. Materials were delivered before the work began and the work was completed in one day. The crew was professional and kept things neat and clean. No money was paid until after the work was completed and our payments were made as the insurance reimbursements have been received. On a good day needing to have a roof replaced is frightening. Nate and Citrus actually made it pleasant.

Nate Callaway was excellent and always went "the extra mile" The new roof looks great and will provide peace of mind during the next major storm.

Everything went quickly and well. There was a storm that happened while they were doing the job and water came into the house. Citrus Contracting responded immediately and sent a painter to repair the ceilings where damage occurred. The new roof is beautiful and resilient!

Luke helped me out with all I needed to do to place my insurance claim. My new roof is absolutely beautiful and the workers were very courteous and punctual.

This is by far the best experience i have ever had with a contracting company. Tom Hurter was instrumental in walking us through the insurance process for our roof and interior damage. Also, he is very sincere and honest. He answered all my questions, no matter how trivial. Additionally, Tom and all of the other employees acted with the utmost professionalism. Everything, including deadlines, happened just a promised. They even went above and beyond on several occasions. They were also able to do interior repair from roof leak. The interior work done by jose was exceptional. I would highly recommend Citrus Contracting to everyone!
