These guys are very good. Courteous,Prompt and Professional. This is the second time I have hired them for a job like this and both were excellent. Not the cheapest around but the proof is in the result. When you need a great plumber call these guys.

Vinny did a quality job. I have used Vinny before and it is great to find someone that takes pride in his work. Vinny's repairs stay fixed. I highly recommend this service

Great. The work was going to require breaking into the brick wall to replace the who faucet inside out....or use an extention w/ shut-on-off which we chose to keep from destroying the brick facing on our home.

Chuck's Plumbing is fantastic in all aspects. Starting with the owner, Chuck, he is very professional and strive for excellence. Mike L., the service technician, did such a great job installing a new 50 gallon hot water heater, that they will be the only plumbers I will ever use again. A short time later I needed significant new additional plumbing work to be done, I asked for Mike L. again. Mike was always prompt, efficient, personable, and very knowledgeable. Another great thing about Chuck's Plumbing is they consider personal safety of their customers by doing complete background investigations on all employees. Chuck's Plumbing sends the name, relevant information on the employee, and photo of the person to the customer before the plumber arrives at your home. I can't say enough good things about working with this company. They made it so easy. Both Mike and Vinny had to come out to my house multiple times for my project. They were both an absolute pleasure to work with...they were so knowledgeable about what needed to be done as well as the various products they were installing. They explained things well and were patient in answering my many questions. They were professional and always arrived on time. In addition, every other staff member I dealt with for scheduling, etc were wonderful as well. Scheduling was always easy and I was always able to get an appointment within 2 days or less. I will no doubt call Chucks Plumbing for my next plumbing need!

Excellent. Bobby was here right on time and extremely helpful and professional. If having plumbing work can be enjoyable - this it was. Things here are working well, he protected all surfaces and fixed things in a timely manner. We have had him here before and will request him again the next time we need plumbing work done.

Bobby the service tech came out and explained everything that had to be done. He was very professional and friendly at the same time. I felt I could trust him immediately. My only concern was the lack of communication at the office level and not at the tech level. I almost didn't have them come out due to the fact I requested this service a couple of weeks ago and today I get a phone call from their office stating that its a three man job to remove the panels and the whole system and would schedule another day. I stated earlier that I only want the water tank disconnected and the piping not the panels. I just didn't appreciate the last minute they cant come today if that was the case since I did tell them two weeks ago - because of that they almost lost my business. I gave a C rating due to the lack of communication, otherwise the tech gets all A's

Excellent - We have found "our plumber" in Chuck. We selected Chuck's plumbing based on the high Angie List rating. We had tried other plumbers in the past with lots of disappointment. Chuck and his team of professionals exceeded our expectations. 1 year ago - great job, on time, neat, quick in replacing a main house valve. Now just under a year later that valve developed a very slow leak. Calling Chuck's back, they sent the same technician (Chris) that had done the original job (nice touch). Chris was great, so from the initial customer service call, to the scheduling, to the pre-visit phone call, to the on time efficient service, my wife and I can not think of an element that was not "excellent". Need a plumber, look no further. Boom, done - thanks to Chuck and his team.

It was a Big Deal purchase. It was awesome. The technician was absolutely wonderful. It was slightly expensive, more than I thought, but the quality of the work was awesome. They showed up on time. The technician was an A and the lady I dealt with in the office who set up the appointment was also very helpful and told me what I needed to do to get ready, so she gets an A, too. I was very happy with the professionalism and quality of their plumbing work. Their technician was great. I would absolutely use them again. I have tried two or three plumbers locally and I would rate them the top of the ones I have used.

I had a very positive experience. Bobby arrived and diagnosed the problem. He gave me several options and did not pressure me to choose one over the other. He was very patient and answered my questions and showed me what he was doing with each step. I am very happy with the service provided.

Timely, courteous and knowledgeable (Bobby was the plumber that did the services). In regards to the pricing it felt like the faucet replacement was a bit expensive, however the cost for the water heater was competitive.

We were impressed that Chuck actually answered the phone at 8am and scheduled the appointment that afternoon. He was very kind. Bobby was the tech that came out and did a great job. He arrived on time, was very courteous, tried all kinds of remedies to rectify the problem. He also installed a faucet. Vinnie came out the next day, on time, with a camera, identifed the problem and fixed it quickly. Chuck's team, (Chuck, Bobby and Vinnie) are Very professional and knowledgeable, were respectful of our home and cleaned up after themselves and most important, fixed the problem quickly, efficiently and cleaned up after themselves! Amazing!! Fast !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Superman Bobby came to my house to fix my hot water heater within one hour of my call. He was polite, professional, fast, efficient, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and really amazing at fixing things.He fixed my hot water heater within one hour, and he saved the day!!! I asked him to look at another small issue I was having with my kitchen sink for a few years and he fixed it right away!!!! He carries all kind of parts in his truck so I didn't have to wait for any parts!! Bobby is amazing!!!!!! He can literally fix anything and he's FAST!!! Bobby went above and beyond for me because I was a repeat customer- he is my HERO!!! Call Chuck's plumbing and ask for Bobby for all of your plumbing needs- he genuinely cares about his customers and takes great pride in his work, and he will go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied!!!!!

Chuck's sent a good plumber who explained the problem. After some discussion, we agreed a rebuild was the best course of action given the age of the inner workings. He did the job immediately and well. I am very happy with the result.

Very well. Chris arrived and quickly examined the PRV pipe issue and made suggestions on how to resolve issue so that CPVC piping meets code. He was able to repair and replace pipe for minor cost.

Same day service. Everything was great, no issues,

In August, 2015 we chose Chuck's Plumbing (based on an Angie's List rating) to move our water softener to a different location in our garage and to repair it which included putting a new head on it. We paid $2380 for this. When the softener was not working, they came out in November and totally replaced the inside of the softener, for another $649. We called Chuck's at least 4 times by April for softener issues. First, the plumber said the guys who set it up had an incorrect setting so we were not getting soft water. The next time the plumber said the guy before didn't flip a switch. The next time we called because water was spraying all over the garage from the softener. In May, after still not getting consistently soft water we called Chuck and after we insisted that he come out himself, he apologized for the problems, said he had seen that we were calling repeatedly and should have come out himself earlier. He reset the water softener?, ran a manual cycle, said it was 1 grain off and that it needed a new valve. He promised to be back the next Monday, but he never came back and never called again. At this point we were not calling Chuck back and called another plumber who told us that once Chuck's replaced the head on our softener it cannot be reprogrammed. The 1 grain off and defective valve was a mystery to him. Basically what Chuck told us about our water capacity was incorrect, it cannot be reprogrammed and we will never have soft water consistently unless we buy a new unit. We are totally disgusted at Chuck's Plumbing and assume that the way he got to the top of Angie's List is because he paid for the advertising.

Excellent! No better way to describe them. From the persons who answered the telephone (Chuck himself, and Daryl), to the plumbers (Vinnie, Bobby & Richie), bar none, every person was polite, helpful, knowledgable, informative, courteous, and treated our home as if it was their home (shoes off, covered everything). We were offered immediate assistance (which we deferred until Monday), informed of pricing up front, and as we went along depending on what was found, which they showed us in pictures, accompanied by explanations of options and likely outcomes. There was debris (tile pieces from a previous owner) and sludge buildup in the pipe where the toilet, bath and shower joined. In a addition, the pipe is angled slightly downward, so there is some back flow. They visualized this with a fiber optic video camera (and checked all the rest of the pipes in our home and out to the street). They cleaned out the debris and sludge with a "Jet Spray", and recommended the best way to keep the lines flushed to try to avoid future problems, and hopefully avoid digging up the entire line to correct the angle. They then showed us the "after" pictures, so we could see the pipes were cleared. We feel they were extremely professional (yet friendly), and performed high quality work for a fair price. We give Chuck's Plumbing our highest recommendation, without any reservation!

They gave me a really high price compared to some other quotes I got from other businesses. I don't think the guy who came to give me the quote was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and what the pricing should be for the job. They were going to come back the next day to send a camera through the system to check out the line, but if they did that, I would have been committed to hiring them for the repair.
