The plumber that came to our house from Cass did a good job, finished in a short time and cleaned up the work site very well. Unfortunately, he cleaned up so well that he took the boxes for our newly installed faucets.

This is an honest plumbing company with knowledgeable, proficient, and polite staff. This is my go-to company from now on if is need any of the services they render.

Cleveland and Louis did an excellent job replacing a plastic bushing with a brass bushing, which a reputable company had put in for our tub. These 2 also replaced the tub drain stopper. They did not use silicone. They were very friendly and did a great job. We would definitely call them for any future problems.

Paid $200 to have a bathroom faucet installed and sink still not connected to the vanity, employee didn't know how to do caulking when I called to complain.

May not have been the least expensive but we felt comfortable using them after online research. They sent Rich over to install a soft water system we purchased from Lowe's. Rich was great, very knowledgeable and personable. We felt he went the extra mile to have us happy when the job was done. Will definitely call Cass Plumbing for all our plumbing needs.

Kind of expensive, but very nice, prompt and did good work.

Cass Plumbing quoted me $220.00 to change two control values and lines on my toilets, A job that took 30 minutes with maybe $40.00 in parts, then charged me $440.00. but gave me 20% off. Do not fall for there gimmicks, like your chance to win lottery tickets or 20% off prices inflated 100%

Great service reasonable rates I would use again

I was quoted a price on home adviser for a inspection port on my sewer line. When i received my free quote that price doubled, but I was told in advance and everything I was told during the free estimate at my home was accurate. so,,,They were honest. I am a little gun shy because the last plumber wanted $20,000 and half down and a paper he filled out that the work was completed and for me to have it notorized the next working day. CALL ME GUN SHY (I am still working on having his license looked at)

Prompt and efficient

Did not provide quote upfront, ended up being much more than I was willing to pay for a couple of small jobs. It took about 40 minutes to install sink disposal, and about 30 minutes to install a small faucet. The total charge was $550, Which is about $470 an hour. He looked at my hot water heater for possible replacement. After he left, I had no hot water. Another second plumber said that the Cass technician failed to turn something back on, causing the failure of hot water to continuously flow through the pipes within the house. The Cass plumber said the heater would fail in two weeks, which did not happen. After a little tweaking by the second plumber, my hot water heater worked fine.

Was told I needed this and that for the repair. The cost was $155.00. Then did not show up for our agreed appointment. The problem was resolved by me which was a salt bridge and through the internet at a cost of zero. I will no longer use Homeadvisor!
