They were on time and friendly. Repair was as promised and was in accordance with the price range we discussed on the phone. We would definitely use Case Plumbing again.

I was remodeling our guest bathroom and needed a plumber to replace a couple pipes and install new shower valve. Our new tub was larger than the original, so the water pipes had to be moved to accommodate the difference. They also set tub in place for me to finish the install. They were always on time and professional with their work.

The plumber was very knowledgeable and gave me some valuable advice. He did a very good job and I will continue to use them in future.

The plumbing work was excellent and completed very quickly. The Case employees and owner Mark were all very courteous and professional throughout the process. After installation, we had a problem with the unit not heating properly. The distributor who provided the unit came out to inspect the unit personally after Case contacted him for a replacement. He was being difficult about acknowledging a problem. Mark, the owner of Case, also came out to test the unit. He concurred the unit was not operating properly and quickly resolved the issue with the distributor. The unit has now been operating for nearly a year without any problems. We have used Case before and would not hesitate to do so again. They are a solid, trustworthy company with a good "neighborhood" feel in the manner they conduct themselves.

Everything went well. They are very close to me, and they just came out and fixed it and I had no problem after that.

The work went great. They gave me an estimate, and did the work in a timely fashion. In fact, they told me it would be a two or three day job, but they finished in one day. The problem came afterwards. They had given me an estimate for $1,850. I had NEVER had this kind of work done before. This is a family-owned business, and the son was in charge. Before I wrote out our check, I very nicely inquired whether, since the job took one day, instead of two, it would be reasonable to make a small reduction in the price. I had received an estimate of work, not a signed contract. The son got on the phone and asked the father, and they said no -- that was a fair price, and they felt it was an extra advantage to me to have it done so quickly. I said fine, and handed them a check immediately for the full price, and was very pleased and I was nice about it. Well, they then FIRED me as a future customer. They refused to do any more work for me, and wrote me a letter saying that because I asked for a price reduction, they were banning me from their business. I was shocked -- I had NICELY inquired, and completely accepted their decision, and paid happily and graciously. I never talked to the father, and he refused to later accept my call after they sent the letter. Considering that many customers have never had this kind of work done, and that I only asked -- I didn't demand, or in any way act dissatisfied, I can't tell you how rotten I felt to get that letter. I can't use them again, because they won't help me. It is their right to do so, but I think they make all plumbers look bad. If you can't discuss price, then your customers will not feel fairly treated -- I felt like they were trying to intimidate me from asking for this information from other plumbers, as well. Another plumber later told me that an "estimate" often works to the customer's disadvantage -- that they estimate high, and sometimes it works out better to just pay by the hour, though that can have drawbacks as well. Live and learn.

They did excellent work. They were on time and they did everything they said they were going to do. I was satisfied with their work.

They have been in business for a long time. The people who come here are honest. They engage in polite conversation and they are not rude. They get the job done and the prices are fair.

The installers came early Monday morning and worked most all of the day. They had a lot to do moving the old water heater and putting the new one outside. I was here all day but I seldom was involved with anything. Frequently Mark came by to check things. At the end of the day Mark came back and told me he would be back Tuesday to finish up the outside. He also told me the inspectors would be by sometime during the day. I LOVE my new tankless hot water heater. It works beautifully. It kind of reminds me of an electrical box on the side of the house. Takes very little space. I actually knew practically nothing about this appliance until he explained how it works. There is a rebate for installing it and I received the paper work from the office within days of completing the work.

I called on Friday and set an appointment for Monday. Two workers came out and quickly found the cause of the leak. The repair was quick and the workers were very pleasant and professional.

On a Thursday night we realized that our 20 year old + water heater had given up the ghost. Early the next morning we call Bel Mar plumbing in Tampa - they had been given a good Angie's list review - but they were already booked for the day and they referred us to Case. Karen at Case was efficient and helpful and sent Dennis over in 30 minutes to look at the job. He gave us a great estimate (less than one we got earlier in the week) and gave us some tips on water heaters and gas appliances. Dennis called Karen and set up the job for 11 that morning. The technicians arrived right on time and got to work. Not only were they qualified and efficient, they had a nice, easy-going manner and good senses of humor. They had to maneuver the new heater up into the attic through a small access opening but there were no problems, just like Dennis said. They were done by 2:30 and didn't break for lunch. They were efficient, friendly, very clean in their work and we have had no problems.

THEY OVERCHARGED ME ACCORDING TO MY IRRIGATION MAN AND ROOFER.

THEY CAME IN AND DID A NICE JOB. THEY HAD TO REPLACE SOME OF THE PARTS IN THE TOILET TANK. WE HAD ONE SMALL PROBLEM AND THEY CAME RIGHT BACK OUT TO FIX IT. WE'VE USED THEM FOR A NUMBER OF ISSUES AND THEY CONTINUE TO BE VERY RESPONSIVE EACH TIME WE CALL.
