Arrived on time, worked efficiently.
Clean appearance, polite, answered my questions concerning the installation process.
Used drop cloths and swept up debris.
Big job, 10 hours,  but finished installation and doors worked well and looked great
Two follow-up actions were responded to quickly; a screen needed to be cut down to improve rolling  and some stucco work was required.
Both minor repairs completed with 100 percent satisfaction.
Most importantly; during the appraisal process OPTIONS were presented honestly.
Different quality levels in both Aluminum and Vinyl were discussed with pros and cons.
We settled on a quality level meeting my needs and budget.

It went very well.  Shawn was punctual, professional and very knowledgeable.

The employees and owner are very polite and courteous.  Took a couple extra days to get a response for a quote but once they contacted me back the service was good.  Overall I am happy with my purchase and the service provided.  I would recommend them to a friend.

Job went well.   The installers removed old window and replaced with a more efficient (and working!) window in my front dining area.  They worked quickly but efficiently and got the window in place.   The installers sealed up the area around the window and dressed the area so you could not even tell the window was new (other than the fact it looked MUCH nicer!)   The double paned window is MUCH more efficient as it faces the west and gets a lot of afternoon sun..  It has made a great difference in the dining area and really the whole house as far as temperature.   VERY good investment!   Oh and the window now slides up and down easily now!

They were wonderful. They were timely, courteous and they did all the permit work for us in a timely manner. They worked with us in an expedient way to get the windows replaced and cleaned up after themselves. We would absolutely use them again if needed.

They were efficient. They seized up the situation and told me what they want to do and answered my questions. They were even couple of minutes ahead of time. They gave me a time table and they were really good with the time table. I would use them again in the future and recommend them.

Randy Jr. was a pleasure to do business with. I had 3 estimates from surrounding Tampa window companies. They weren't the least expensive estimate that I received but Randy Jr. took the time to explain why. There are a lot of window companies out there and this one is family owned and operated. I was surprised to see the guy who sold me the windows...installing my windows. It's nice to see a company man who won't push you off to the next day or the next week when they have too much business. When it got busy, Randy was out there assisting other installers. The windows were installed in less than half a day. The install looks nice and clean, they took away the old windows and left no mess. Additionally, he answered many other questions I had regarding other windows and doors in my home.

I found Carrollwood Window & Door through the SuperPages.com, then checked them on Angie's list. Superpages had 2 reviews that were both positive, so I called for a sales visit.  The sales person was very impressive in his knowledge of the products and window design/construction overall. He quickly answered our questions with great detail. The estimate was quite reasonable compared to others, so we went with this company. We were able to schedule the work to fit our needs. The crew was extremely professional & efficient. A second crew also joined the first crew so that all 12 windows were installed on the same day. It was a wonderful surprise too that they did such a good job covering areas inside & outside that there was minimal clean-up required on our part.  The windows look great, are easy to operate & clean & are much more energy-efficient than the old ones.These folks rate an A+ on all aspects of their work & all their employees.
