Brothers EZ Moving

Scheduled time and day with movers and then had to change the date because our builder pushed back our walk-thru/closing date to Thanksgiving week.  Had to re-schedule our move to the day before Thanksgiving and the moving company was happy to do the move for us, even though it was a holiday week!  Great moving company!

They showed up on time, they treated our belongings with courtesy and care and they were very respectful to us. Although they were young, goofy guys we got everything done on time, nothing broke, nothing went wrong and we had a few good laughs.
Overall, it was a good experience! I don't have any reason not to use them again or refer someone.

It's a great company but they had a flat tire on the way to my place and were late.  The price also ended up being $600 more than they had quoted me and they adjusted that so I paid $300 more.  They did a really nice job of protecting the furniture and they were very pleasant to work with.  I would use them again but I would require them to give me a firm price.

It went fine; better than expected, and much better than the day deserved.  It took longer than expected because I had a lot of stuff - It did not look like a lot of stuff until it overfilled the truck.  The crew came on a Friday to pack and returned on Saturday to do the move.  They packed carefully and only one piece of pottery was damaged in the move.  The crew was fast, and friendly, and careful with my things.  
The move was complicated by a solid day of wind and rain.  The driver was able to move the truck close to the overhang from the garage, and the crew staged the move in the garage to minimize the amount of running in and out of the home dripping wet.  It was nevertheless a miserable day to move.  Conditions were slippery, and soaking wet. They had to move very quickly to keep things from getting drenched and the strong wind made running up and down the ramp dangerous. The crew was careful to wrap everything to keep it as dry as possible.  They loaded the truck carefully to prevent damage from the rain.  The move was further complicated by some extremely heavy furniture - like moving a house full of pianos.  The crew maintained their good dispositions, never complained, and worked diligently to get the  job done.
I took a photo of the crew loading a refrigerator during a break in the rain at the end of the first load.  Dripping wet and exhausted, they are still smiling and working hard.  
 

It went well. I couldn't have asked for a more professional crew, they made no assumptions, asked to see everything first, then set to work. They were exceedingly quick and efficient, and worked well as a team. They kidded with each other a bit, but kept a completely professional manner. It was gratifying to see them handle my possessions so well. As their lead person said to me,'It doesn't matter if it's worth a little or a lot, it's yours and we will handle all with care.'

They showed up on time and worked very hard from start to finish.  We had rented a 17' U-Haul to move our 3 bedroom 2-story 2 car garage home to a small 2 bedroom apartment.  We figured a 17' truck would be enough since we did sell a lot of our bigger items.  They respectfully told me that the truck won't be big enough but they''ll do their best to get everything in.  They packed it very efficiently and full.  Important to me, they were very positive and fun.  I'm sure that job isn't the most fun at times so it was good that they did their job without complaining and had a good time while doing it.  Their names were Wayne and Marcus.  As for the price, I called several places I read about on Angieslist and this was the best price for three hours plus the guy on the phone was very kind and helpful.  It was $110 an hour for 3 hour minimum and that was for two guys.  I used the 10% off Angieslist coupon they have and that brought it down to $300 total.  They didn't have any fees like some places.  They also helped me find a company to help us unload the truck in Atlanta that was very inexpensive and nice.  I definitely recommend Brother's EZ Moving in the Tampa area!

I contacted several companies to get estimates for moving a player piano that I recently purchased in Sarasota. Brothers EZ Moving gave me the lowest estimate and sounded confident they could handle the job. The job was initially scheduled for a Monday afternoon, and the movers were to contact me around lunchtime to set up a specific time to meet. I still had not heard from them by early afternoon so I called around 1 pm to find out what was going on. I spoke to the same guy who answered the phone and scheduled the service a few days prior. It seemed like he vaguely remembered talking to me a few days prior, he asked all the same questions I had already answered, and assured me that the movers would call when they finished their morning job. The movers called a few hours later and said their morning job ran too late and they would not be able to make it down from St. Pete that day. We re-scheduled for the next day. The movers called the next day, right on time this time, and set up a time to meet. They arrived on time. Unfortunately, the guy who answered the phone did not relay the information I gave him (twice) to prepare the movers for the job- it was a Key West style home with several steps up the front porch and the piano itself is huge and weighs over 1000 pounds. It should have been a four-man job, and they needed a long ramp to get the piano off the porch. They sent two guys (Jamie and Wayne), and they only had a short hydraulic truck ramp (not nearly enough to get the thing off the porch) and lifting-straps to work with. These guys were amazing, I'm talking superhero strength. Their determination to get the job done was admirable. I really don't know how these two (plus my husband helped some) average sized guys got this monstrous piano out of that house and into the moving truck, but they did it without damaging the piano or the flooring. Next, these poor guys got their huge moving truck stuck in the driveway and had to call a wrecking service to tow them out- I thought for sure they would try to make me pay this extra cost but they didn't. Once they got the truck to my house, they were able to back it up and unload it straight onto my front porch. It took four men (the two workers, my husband, and my brother in law) to move the piano this time into my house. My wood flooring got scuffed a bit just inside the front door, but the piano made it into the house intact. I felt so sorry for these poor guys. The job was underestimated by the guy who scheduled it, and the movers went above and beyond to meet their obligation to get the job done. I was very impressed with their determination, and while the job did not go perfectly, Jamie and Wayne were still in good spirits and seemed happy to be of service to us.

The service was great, the only problem was timing.  The original appt time was 12:30 about 10:00 was told they were running late changed time to 4:30 but didn't arrived until 5:30.  Once here everything went great.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it turned out very well.  There was nothing good or bad about their service that stood out to me.

It was fantastic. Wayne was the crew chief.  He was highly motivated and I compliment him on his leadership and organizational skills.  They were fast,efficient and CAREFUL.  In fact I am going to use them to unload all they did even though it is going to cost more being 90 miles away.  I cannot say enough good things about these guys.  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

Juan and his crew did a great job. On time. Done early. Would use again.

Where do I start. working with Jason (the dispatcher) was an extremely pleasant experience.  He asked all the appropriate questions and was polite and professional throughout the entire experience.  I was able to book the move only 5 days before the move.

Wayne, the Team Lead and his movers - Jamie, Gaid and Richard were incredible. They were polite, listened to our needs, careful with our possessions and very professional.  It was not an easy move we had a POD in the parking lot of a condominium and there was quite a distance to the unit and could only use only one designated elevator.   They were here at exactly the time we agreed upon and started unloading my POD immediately.  Special care was given to each item and NOT ONE item was broken.  Richard even put together our bed for us!  The most amazing part was when they moved our piano - the care they took was admirable.  They were extremely careful not to bump the piano at any point during its' move.

The only negative - I bought 4 hours/4 movers as a special on Angie's List and it only took them an hour and a half! - but now, that is really not their problem, is it! ;-)

I would HIGHLY recommend Brothers EZ moving and would definitely use their services again.

Actually I'd give them an A- if you had that choice. The guys arrived on time, and worked every minute they were there. The were efficient, professional and friendly. They were able to pack 10 lbs of stuff into a 5 lb container! I had a four bedroom home with a pool table and an office, too much stuff... but they got it all to fit into two trucks and off to Michigan I was! When we arrived to unpack, everything made it in one piece! There were a few scratches in the furniture which I think could have been wrapped a little better, but that was as much my fault as theirs... I should have paid a little more attention. |Bottom line is I would hire them again in a minute, and would highly recommend Brothers EZ Moving for your next move.

It was hard to find a moving company willing to help move my air hockey table and foosball table for a reasonable price. Brothers Ez Moving gave me a great price. Keilo and Juan arrived the same day I called and did a great job moving everything upstairs, which wasn't easy.

We signed up for an Angie's List special (Brothers EZ Moving, four movers for four hours for $299.00).  We deferred our move to a later date which was part of the special.  An additional "truck charge" of $150.00 seemed appropriate since our home is located in Port Richey and the movers are in Riverview.  The movers called the day before the move to confirm the move.  What was especially good was that the movers got caught in a traffic accident jam and telephoned us to let us know they would be delayed.  This is much better than waiting with no news. 
When the movers (Wayne, Josh, Pedro, and Marcus) arrived they immediately began loading their truck.  They worked, non-stop until the truck was loaded.  It took more than one trip to move all our belongings.  Fortunately, our home was only six miles from the storage facility, so the second trip was quick.  They asked us where each piece of furniture was to be placed.  They asked us about each box and where to place it. 
It took six hours to finish the move.  The additional hours were $160.00 per hour for four men (a bargain).  I would use Brothers EZ Moving again and recommend them to anyone planning a move.

I purchased the Angie's List Deal for two movers and a truck for 3 hours.  I was called the next day by Brothers EZ moving who said they could move me on my preferred date (which was the following day).  The move was scheduled for between 1 and 3 pm.  I received a call from Wayne who said they finished their last job early and could come before 1 pm if I wanted.
 
Wayne and Kilo arrived early and carefully loaded the piano into the truck.  The loading and unloading were uneventful, and they were careful to setup the piano just as I wanted.  They were very professional and courteous.  I would definitely use them again and recommend Brothers EZ Moving to others.  Excellent service at an excellent price.

Gary, the owner and his crew were very professional.  Even though moving can be a dirty job the crew was clean and articulate.  There were no communication issues.  Every item was wrapped very well.  We moved my mother-in-law into an assisted living facility.  The concierge at  new facility made it a point to tell me how polite they were and asked for their information so she can recommend them to  others.   

EZ Brothers Moving  staff were extremely punctual and polite.  They arrived with all necessary materials and went out of their way to be helpful.

Very nice, clean guys.  They arrived when I requested and unloaded 2 16' pods.  They were very knowledgable and careful with our things.  Willing to put heavy pieces where I requested and unwrap and stack hutch/armoire.  They all worked quickly, and had the 2 pods unloaded in about an hour and a half.
We went to our storage unit and I left them there to load everything up and bring it all back to our house.  They took care of it all for me. 
We have moved many times and these guys were some of the cleanest, nicest guys we have had.  I set up the move with them on a Tuesday and they were able to come on short notice that same week on Friday.  I really appreciated their hard work. 

They arrived about 30 minutes late, but they did a very good job moving us, much better than anyone else we have hired in the past!
The job was done in just the amount of time that we expected and we had no damage.  They were very good to wrap and protect all your furniture.  I would recommend this company for your next move.

The "fine print" stated the rate doesn't apply to truck fees. Two e-mails, on October 21 and October 24, requesting written details of any other fees and costs, went unanswered. I am making settlement on November 8, 2013 and trying to coordinate the move. This lack of customer service doesn't help.

EZ Brothers sent Tyrell, Brian, Johnny, and Marcus to unload a 26' truck with all our belongings into our new home.  I was very happy with the care taken, and particularly how quickly the job was done.  At the end, they offered to put our beds and dining room table together, but we let them off the hook on those things, as we needed to see how everything was going to fit.

Great! Called me when they were 20 minutes from pick-up, provided all materials. Quick, but careful with everything. Definitely recommend!
