Big Wave Restoration

I can’t say enough good things about Big Wave Restoration. After we found some water damage in our house from a leak, I called a couple of different water mitigation companies before calling Big Wave. Immediately I could tell the difference in the level of customer service and professionalism. I spoke directly with the owner, Paul. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He came out immediately to assess the damage and get us on their schedule. Paul, Adam, and the Big Wave Team came back the same day to pull up baseboards, cut out dry wall, and dry out the damaged area. They took all necessary precautions to keep the area safe while working and cleaned up after themselves when done. Paul was with us through the entire process, calling often to check in and make sure things were going okay. He answered our questions quickly and was always ready to help in any way he could. Big Wave keeps their appointments, respond quickly to calls/texts, are organized, and are great at letting you know exactly what needs to be done.
