He responded quickly. Showed up on time and performed repairs quickly. He is very friendly.

Brian came out 1 day and found the problem with the non-working spa pump. Also attempted to repair inlet leak. He also suggested I buy a ball valve at Home Depot so the I would have be able to shut off both the inlet and outlet pipes leading to the hot tub. I bought the ball valve while Brian drained the hot and attempted to repair the inlet leak. After he left I turned on the two ball valves and found that I still had a pump inlet leak. Brian explained what needed to be done and asked me to do some preliminary work for him that included removing the pipe parts that were leaking, and sawing off a pipe so that it would be ready to be reattached to the pump with new parts. I did this work and Brian was able to come out a couple days later and complete the repair, at no additional charge for this second visit. I was impressed that Brian allowed me to contribute to the repair and he then kept his bill at what I think is a very reasonable level. I now have a well-functioning hot tub and am very happy with the service Brian provided.  I'll definitely call him next time I need work done on our hot tub.

For each service call, the service technician evaluated the repairs needed on Monday. He then scheduled a repair date later in the same week. The first set of repairs included gaskets on the motor as well as replacing tubing, and the job took over an hour. There was still some leaking, so a second service call was needed. On that occasion, he did not return on the repair date he said, and I had to call to check status after waiting at the house most of the day. We rescheduled the repair date, and he arrived when expected for that appointment and completed the work in under 30 minutes. Significant leaking initially made finding all leaks challenging for the first call, so I consider the second call reasonable and the work to be well done, overall. The technician and the scheduler are very friendly and professional. The tubes leaks were from rodent damage, and the technician gave some great hints to prevent further issues. With better communication, this project would be all A-rated.

After the wiring was complete, the hot tub was still not working. On 11/29 I called Jacque, explained the problem. I also stated, if it was planned to charged us yet another $120, I would go else where. She explained the cost was a typical service call, but assured me IF there was another charge it would be no more than $50. Joe returned on 12/3, re-wired the pump & had it up and running. The following day I received another bill, with an additional charge of $75. After speaking with Jacque she agreed that she had told us no more than $50 would be the charge. Jacque was wonderful in offering several suggestions to resolve the problem. The tech did a good job in finding the problem & returning to re-wire the pump to get things up and running, I still believe the initial fee was was very steep. All other companies I have ever worked with, even if they don't provide free estimates, the service fee is in the $40-75 range. $169.50 for less than 30 minutes work is extremely steep.

When I called, Terry explained their evaluation process and the costs very clearly. I was able to schedule the first appointment within a few days of my call. There was a minor miscommunication where I expected a call before the service tech arrived for the first visit. Because I'd scheduled the first appointment, he said he was not told to call. On that first visit, he checked the spa and confirmed what work and parts were needed. The parts had to be ordered, which moved the actual repairs to the following day. Two service techs came twice more, once to replace the light and jets and then to check the work after the sealant had cured and to test the engine. Both gentlemen were friendly, efficient, and professional. Terry and Chris with whom I scheduled the different appointments were friendly and informative. Overall, a very positive experience and one that earned my future business if other work on the spa is needed.

Got the work done fast and correctly. Had to return another day after inspecting the spa and determining that I'd need a blower. There was a slight miscommunication about when they'd be back, but when I called and told them I had a deadline, they came out right away and got it all done.

They are timely, professional, and have good communication.

MAIN WATER PUMP DIDN'T WORK. A SHORT WAS FOUND TO BE THE PROBLEM AND IT WAS SOON FIXED. THE OWNER SEEMS TO HAVE AN EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF SPAS AND WAS ABLE GOT SEVERAL OTHER PARTS I NEEDED TO REPLACE AS WELL AS THE CHEMICALS NEED TO MAINTAIN THE SPA. I HAD CALLED THEM BECAUSE ANOTHER COMPANY HAD PROMISED TO SEND A REPAIRMAN BUT I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM.
