Description of Work: They did an excellent job of patching the two leaks. There was no additional charge. We had a very heavy rain after the repair with no leaks.

Description of Work: I paid $99 for the owner to show up at my house and do nothing but take measurements for a "free" estimate for a new roof. No attempt to identify necessary minor repairs or to perform any of these minor repairs as outlined in the advertised "deal." Essentially you are paying $99 for the company to provide you with an estimate for a new roof. Not what was advertised.

Description of Work: Inspected the roof and specifically the shingles. They hammered down loose shingles and re-grouted where needed.

Description of Work: Replaced my roof. It looks good. Rainy season will tell. Workers didn't communicate well w/ me, but owner himself was very professional and diligent, seemed to truly care about a job well-done.

Description of Work: Walked through the entire outside of our roof (but did not inspect anything inside). We had noted a couple of leaks from vent pipes and he wrapped all four outside vent pipes with a silver and tar based wrap which appears to have solved the problem (squirrels chew through the edges of the pipes, this new wrap is something squirrels won't touch). He estimated that we should have at least 4-5 years left on our roof before replacing.

Description of Work: I purchased the deal for a new roof for $5,899.00. I was charged the full price of $7909.00 plus wood used instead. I was told they had to charge more because there was 2 layers of shingles to be removed instead of one. $2,000.00 to remove an extra layer of shingles is excessive. The roof as been finished for over 2 weeks and I am still waiting for them to repair the hole they made in my dining room ceiling when someone dropped a hammer. I had to call them to return and clean up the broken sand bags they dropped off my roof. I had to call them to have the trailer that was left blocking my driveway after the job was completed. I had to call them to clean up the nails they left. I do not recommend using Avatar Roofing LLC.

Description of Work: The technician examined the spot on my roof where I believed there was a leak. He also examined the area from inside of my garage and applied a sealant. Hopefully, that will stop the leak, but it hasn't rained very much since my appointment.
