Thank you for the professionalism with the company. They knew I had an emergency and they set an appointment before the extremly bad weather came in. He explained to me of what we can do for the roof and fixed the huge hole that another roofing company did and that they did not tixed and they walked away. I will be using his company and getting my new roof. Thank you again for helping me through a situation where these comapny take advantage of women. I will recommend them to everyone who needs a roof in the future...

Everything was done very professionally. We even received a courtesy call when the technician was running an hour behind schedule. We were provided information on the current status of our roof, with a minor repair made.

After careful consideration, I picked a different company to do the job. I would try to do business with them in the future if needed.

The contractor showed up 3 hours late for my scheduled appointment. The first explanation for this is that he went to the wrong address first and the second explanation was that someone called him with an emergency regarding a hole in their roof. I know emergencies happen but the priority of appointments should be taken in to account. It was difficult to followup with this contractor when he was hours late for our appointment and in subsequent communications. He did satisfactorily preform the work and provided a free estimate for a roof replacement. Though this roof replacement estimate provided zero details on the work that was actually going to be accomplished and exactly what needed to be replaced with regards to square footage, wood needed, etc. An alternate contractor provided all the necessary details on his estimate. We decided to go with this alternate (and more expensive) contractor for our roof replacement due to the lack of professionalism and responsiveness we experienced both the day of the appointment, followup communications, and in the proposed estimate of the work.

Super nice and did a great job. They where in and out in one day. Cleaned everything up very nice at the end. Thank you.

They did a good job of confirming what other roofing companies had said needed to be done - but I could have probably had them do an estimate without paying the $99

We left it at that. We're not ready to put a new roof on the house yet. I got the feeling that he was here to sell the roof but that's okay because that's what they were supposed to do. He were very professional. He came on time, did what he was supposed to do and explained everything. He did what was supposed to be done in the $99 big deal.

The contractor climbed up on the roof for an inspection and found several areas where the caulking needed to be refreshed. He also touched up some other areas that could be potential problems in the future. We felt very satisfied, and at peace knowing that our roof is in good shape. He also gave us an estimate on how much longer this roof would last before needing to be replaced. We will definitely recommend him to others!

It went very smoothly. Arrived and looked at the scope of the work and was done in an hour. Soffit damage was repaired and the roof inspected showing no additional issues. I would definitely use their services again. They were prompt and professional.

Wong number provided for call back to schedule an appointment. Meanwhile, I responded via the website that the number was incorrect and when I got the correct number one day later there was no consideration to expedite my requests due to the delay. This is my first experience and it was less than stellar

Very well! The roof only neede some minor touches. The provider took pictures to show me what he did.

Juan is great. He came early and explained the condition of the roof in details I could understand. He was very patient with my numerous questions. Juan spent a great deal of time on the roof. He is very easy going and knows his trade. He gave me options for future maintenance. We had a terrible storm last week and the ceiling remained dry. I am thrilled with Juan's expertise and professionalism. Should I need a roofer again, I will be contacting Juan.

So glad to have bought this deal. Juan was very professional and arrived as scheduled. We had 2 previous estimates from other contractors to secure loose tiles which ranged from $600-$1000. The most expensive estimate actually came from the contractor who installed the roof and they were pressuring us to file a claim with our insurance company to cover the cost, Neither of these companies assured us of the condition of the roof leaving an open door for the possibility of additional repairs. Juan with Avatar Roofing quickly repaired the loose tiles, inspected the roof and assured us that our roof was in excellent condition. He also educated us about the tiles being "decorative" and that the watertight membrane beneath actually protected the roof. We are very thankful for Juan's honest approach and would highly recommend Avatar Roofing.

Good job. He verified the roof condition, fixed small leak near to the vent. I called 3 people for the same as of now but he did good job.

The big question, how did it go ? I am a on hands guy, i had my ladder down from his and we talk, he talked about being thoroughly honest and i was impressed, well i was. the job was done quick and easy , Juan knows roofing, knows what he doing and took the time explaining what he was doing, why this and that needs to be done in a certain way, pointed out tips which were beneficial to me, in all, did a great job, did it in a timely and safe manner, and most important a real honest guy. Good Honest work, you don't often see that, and cleaned up afterwards. Juan phoned before he came and gave me the exact time he would be here. We discussed the current state of the roof and he gave me an estimate on what the new one would cost. He climbed up on the roof and pointed out to me on the ground the current problems causing the leaking, He used his expertise to both caulk and nail problem areas where leaks were occurring. I was fully satisfied with the purchase and fulfillment of his services. Great job!
