Description of Work: I called for a quote from a Big Deal and the gentleman that called me back to give me the quote said it would be more than double the deal price. It was the highest quote I'd gotten from any of the companies I'd gotten estimates from.

Description of Work: Complete roof replacement; Replaced some bad plywood. The job turned out really nice, they were punctual and did a good job cleaning up each night and when they were done. The super fills an important role on this kind of work, and he did a good job overseeing the operation.

Description of Work: For starters... Unprofessional. Cancelled on a Tuesday morning FOUR minutes ahead of appt. set the prior week. Reason: owner hurt himself over the weekend and did not think he could get up onto a roof. Did he only realize 4 minutes before the appt that he could not perform the task? Could he have called the night before or sent a sub?
