It took maybe an hour and a half. The workers were good. They did explain everything to me. I'm not a super fan of car dealerships and car service and all of that, but I think they do a good job. They try to get you in and out as quick as they can. They did provide a loaner car the one time I had to leave it there. They're probably overpriced a little on some things. That's where we bought the car that's where we usually go.

Appointment: 12/26/16 at 9:45am. Dropped vehicle off at 9:30, service advisor was Ronald. I dropped off to have a leak in the from driver side tire fixed, address whining noise under vehicle, and noise coming from air conditioning fan motor. 3 ½ hours later no phone call. I called Ronald and all I got was one excuse after another which told me they have yet to look at my vehicle. He stated he would check with the service Manager and call me back. Another 2 hours later and no call. I tried calling Ronald’s cell with no answer. I called the main number and they found him. He claimed they could find the leak in the tire even though I’ve been putting 20 pounds of air in it once a month for the past 9 months. He also stated the noise under the vehicle was my AC clutch which had to be replaced at a fee of $1445. I have a mechanical degree so I can assure you this place has zero competence and no customer service. They wanted to also charge me for the diagnostics test. I told Ronald that I would be there to pick up my vehicle with no repairs and I wanted to speak to a Manager. When I got there he gave me my keys and I didn’t get charged for the so called diagnostics and never got to speak to a Manager. I got in my vehicle and the tire pressure light was still on and the tire was still 20 pounds low. So this proves they never even looked at my vehicle after sitting there for almost 6 hours. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had and will never go back. I would have expected a lot more from a dealership.

On March 11, I had an appointment to meet with Bryce Lopez, salesman at AutoNation Nissan Brandon. When I arrived he was not there so I was given to another salesman. Before taking a test drive my license was taken to photocopy, but was then returned to me. However, after my test drive the sales manager Walter Wallace took my license again in anticipation of a credit check. I never got it back, but did not realize this fact until I left the dealership and was already home. I returned to the dealership that same day and requested my license. They said they could not find it. However, they said they would reimburse me the cost of a replacement. Following the instructions of their credit manager, I sent them via mail with a self-addressed stamped envelope and fax a copy of my receipt for the cost of the license in the amount of $33.25. In addition to this, my numerous phone calls and additional faxes were met with "we never got your letter" and "we never got your fax." It is ridiculous for them to expect me to believe that a letter as well as two faxes (using two different fax numbers given to me by them) were never received. It is obvious they had no intention of returning my license or paying for its replacement although I received subsequent phone calls from them asking if I would be coming in again to look at cars! I have had work done by Autoway for about 10 years. It used to be outstanding when Manny Vargas was the service manager, but seems to have deteriorated since he left. The shop charges are outrageous - about 10% of the bill. Their marketing tactics are too aggressive - I am okay with getting service reminders in the mail, particularly if they include a worthwhile coupon (however, their coupons are not very good), but am offended by the calls I receive from some subcontractor asking to schedule maintenance appointments. It's my car, and my money, and I will schedule appointments when and where I deem necessary. I have started having some work done elsewhere because of these offensive calls. I asked someone at the dealership to stop these calls, and she said she would talk to the service manager, but I still receive them.
