Description of Work: Treat the home exterior perimiter for pests using granuels in the front and liguid in the back (I have pets who are in the backyard a lot). They also sweep the eves for bee nests and treat specifically for ants or other pests I may find . No charge for extra visit between scheduled visits.

Description of Work: Made appointment to have a loose tooth pulled. Would not pull tooth.Said my blood pressue was to high. Told them never had a problem with blood pressure. Was given pain killer that had a side effect of elevated blood pressure.felt like Doctor wanted to get back on schedule after seeing people without appointment. Four days later was able to pull the tooth out by myself. Appointment was a waste of time. But before I left they had the time to to work up a $7,000 bill for future work and tell me how bad my insurance was.

Description of Work: They did termite control. They were nice, polite, and professional. It was effective.

Description of Work: They do lawn spraying for weeds and pests about eight times a year.

Description of Work: it is amazing that we, as a business, did not catch this sooner but we had been using a pest control company that had been bought out by arrow environmental. a month or so ago, our mgr and i (owner) had discussed our pest control problem and she said "i haven't seen him in months and months. i said the same and we both suddenly realized that she had assumed i had seen the guy and i assumed she had been. we have been billed every month but no one has actually been in our building. we hired another company to start and they started 9-28-11. about 2 weeks later we received a bill from arrow showing they had sprayed on 9-15-11 AND 9-28-11 and were billing for us a whole month each time. how could they do that 2 weeks apart and the amazing part is that the new company actually started on 9-28-11 so we KNOW FOR A FACT that arrow did not come out and spray. we have called the company and Mike (the mgr) was supposed to call us this past monday (10-17-11), they didnt call, so i called again on 10-19-11 and asked again that he call me and he did not, nor did he call today. i do believe this is not an oversight but a deliberate billing issue. they charge but do not show up....maybe someone would be like us and assume someone else is there when they visit. since the manager has not called to straighten this out, i am more than ever convinced that it is not an error. maybe if he reads this, he will call! i would never in a million years recommend this company to anyone as i do not trust them. obviously honesty and integrity is not part of their policy!

Description of Work: I have a contract with these people. They different people all the time. When you re-calls it takes a week for them to come. I have a gate with a elastic cord and they wont come in unless someone opens it for them-really an elastic cord! I had one good guy who came faithfully for over a year and knew the house and property then he disappeared they told me they transferred my account to another area. And ever since then I have had the same problems. When I asked to speak to a manager about it he was unavailable. This is the one of the worst customer service company I have used.
