Air Rescue Air Conditioning

I had used Air Resuce for their semi-annual air conditioning maintenance service. The house had 2 bedrooms at each end that were too hot and too cold. Plus my wife was having big problems with her allergies. I opted to correct the duct work by replacing it and adding a 4th stage filter. The installation went smoothly (the attic is easy to walk in). The next morning the unit was running, but it wasn't cooling. I called and there was a repairman the next day and he pinpointed the problem to a burned out fan. During the install one of the installers had caused a spark, which was checked out by a different repair man later that afternoon. They accepted the cost of the new fan motor. It's unclear whether it had just worn out, or there was something with the install. In all cases they were professional and wanted me to be happy with the work. When the city inspector came by a couple of weeks later he said that we could have gotten the work done cheaper, but they had done a superb job with the duct work and sealing. Frankly, I wanted peace of mind from a reputable dealer that would stand behind his work and that's what I got.

I've been using them for ten years to handle out A/C needs. They put in a top of the line A/C unit last year. On the anniversary of installing the equipment they came out to change the filter. They discovered that the ducting system was not adequate to handle the machinery outside that they had installed. It was leaking all over the place. I made a deal with them to put in a ducting system that would match up with the A/C unit they had installed. They're extremely proficient, and the workers are professionally oriented. They stick to the job until its done. All around I would give them an A. The main issue was when the first A/C guy was out putting in the unit he should have told us then that the ducting would not handle the A/C unit. Their price was a little bit higher than I would have liked to of paid. I would use their services in the future.

We have been using them for the past ten years to handle our air-conditioning needs. I only had one problem with them. When they came to install the new unit, they looked at the duct system and pointed out a couple of areas that may need patching. He recommended that we do that to save us money. They should have told us at that point that the duct work was not adequate to handle the unit they were installing. I think the price was quite a bit higher than what I wanted to pay.

The were timely, clean (wore booties), professional, and were here quite a while so it seemed very thorough. After they were done, I could actually feel the AC get cooler, even though set at the same temperature!

T ISSUE WITH THE SYSTEM SOMEHOW MY DRAIN LINE WAS PLUGGED AND MY A/C UIT WOULD NOT AND COOL THE HOUSE VERY GOODICALLED AT 8PM ON A FRIDAY NIGHT FOR A TECHNICAN TO COME OUT AND CHECK MY A/C UNIT AND REPAIR THE PROBLEM.HE WAS THERE WITHIN AN HOUR AS I WAS TOLD HE WOULD BE AND HE WAS AT MY HOME FOR 2 HOURS TRYING TO FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM WITH MY UNIT AND DISCOVERED THE DRAIN LINE WAS PLUGGED.HE IMMEDIATELY FIXED THE PROBLEM WITH NO CHARGE TO ME DUE TO MY SERVICE PLAN.THIS WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND I WILL CONTINUE TO USE AIR RESCUE FOR MY A/C NEEDS. The technician assigned arrived a little early after first telephoning to advise me of his arrival. His attitude was cordial and polite. I did not feel him to be a high pressure type which turns me off. After installing my mods he gave me a few tips that were of interest. 396868

The visit was for our semi-annual maintenance service per our contract. Chase performed a very thorough checkup of our inside and outside A/C unit. It took nearly two hours. When done he explained the condition of the unit and asked if we had any questions. He answered any questions that we had and left us with paperwork detailing the results of his checkup. David came out and checked the unit, freon, etc. He cleaned out the drain pipe, and adjusted my vent. And I got a free filter, which only needs to be changed once a year. And it's cold in here!

He is coming back Monday to finish job and install a 12 month filter. He will come back in may and do maintenance on a/c. I am very satisfied with his professionalism and his love for his job. In my book he is a star employee. The company I am very satisfied with also.

I was scheduled for a tune up on my new unit (installed in the spring of 2011). As usual, they called to let me know the service man was on his way w/in 2 hrs. Then Sean, the service tech, called as he was driving over. This gave me time to put the dogs away and be prepared. Sena then did a very thorough inspection and cleaning of the entire unit followed by some suggestions to may the unit more efficient. We were do for our spring check-up. They arranged a convenient time for the check-up, and were promptly here this morning. Jacob did a thorough check-up and changed my UV light per my request. He was very professional and informative. I would highly recommend Air Rescue, and especially Jacob, to anyone with A/C problems large or small! .

Previously, we have used Air Rescue to install a brand new system in a very hold house- it was insanely hot and a filthy task but those techs did a terrific job.For the 6 month service call, our tech Chase P was very professional - he called us within the window of time we should expect him and gave us a call again when he was in the area. Overall the routine maintenance visit went well. Jermaine, the technician, arrived when he said he would and went right to work. He thoroughly cleaned and did the required maintenance on the condensing unit. He then did the required maintenance on the air handler unit. He explained what he was doing and what he found wrong. He gave me an explanation of what he found wrong and what had to be done to fix it. He had the necessary parts to make the repair and once I gave him the go ahead to make the repairs he completed them quickly. I was very pleased with the service I received. JOB # 393748

The men (one was in training) did both of my houses (jobs #394347 and #394346) as I have silver membeships on both that cost me $11.95/mo each. These memberships give me 6 mo checkups and a discount if I "need" something. The men are very thourough, checking everything, then sit me down and tell me what is good and what is wrong. I needed new What I needed cost me another $500 bucks, but I assume that they are honestg, and if these repairs were not made, I would soon need new air conditioners. The guys were nice, polite, helpful, wore booties to keep my house clean, and were quite professional. I am happy with their service. Prior to this I had another guy that always came and I liked him too.

They were on time, checked the unit said it was OK, they felt the air ducts were old and leaking. I would have felt better about the response if they had not stated that before they even had a chance to check the system. I felt they were saying this because the house is an older home. Also when they left they reset the thermostat temperature but left the fan in manual on mode not in auto to shut off when the temperature is reached and the fan was running all day and night ( I left for work immediately after and had no chance to check this till late in the evening) They are always clean and polite and come on time but they also always try to sell additional services to me.
