DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are totally in it to rip you off as much as possible. Rude office staff and NOT honest. I could tell you the story, but there isnt a point. Lets put it this way, they are so in denial about what GOOD customer service is, try and over charge you and then try and make you feel good if they give you a drop in price! Even though they still over charged for the job, as i got it done for cheaper with one phone call, not 4 to haggle the price! They dont care about you bottom line, only theres. I have used them for 2 years thinking i was using an honest company, now knowing, they have been ripping me off for years. Go elsewhere!

They checked the A/C. They pressure, condenser, blower, evaporator coils, filters and electrical. I would use them again.

They cancelled 1 hour before the appointment. Furthermore, I learned later that the $50 maintenance and inspection deal is not that it is all cracked up to be. Apparently it isn't actual maintenance and there are some higher labor costs associated that can come along with the deal. I will gladly let Air Masters explain it below and let you judge for yourself.

The technician showed up on 12/23/11 was on time and very professional, and he didn't find any major problems. Then, less than 2 weeks later, we noticed that there was a leaking from the pipe of AC unit(ceiling) in the garage. So we called up Air Masters to send someone to take a look. The technician showed up on 1/4/12 took a long time to figure out what was causing the leaking. He talked to other technician on the phone, and at the end he said it was probably caused by the condensation on the exhausting pipe. Still he wasn't sure he fixed the problem or not before he left. Then very next morning, leaking again from the same spot. So I called them back and told what happened. Dan was going to charge me a service trip charge plus diagnostic charge so I had to fight for it not to pay again for the same problem. Obviously they don't guarantee their work as they claimed on their website. Anyway, Bob came out, less than a half an hour, he told me that the condensation is not the problem as the gas pipe gets hot, even there is even little bit of condensation, it would vaporize quickly. I wished Bob was here for the first place. So his guess was maybe on our faulty roof due to the morning dew(these 2 days got freezing cold at night); to test it out, he left a piece of cardboard between the exhausting pipe and drain pipe but it stopped leaking since then so we still don't know what was the problem. We just feel we wasted at least $150 for diagnostic charge on the 2nd technician as he was more concerned about he gets paid for the time he was spending at our house than fixing the problem. We would never use their service again and find someone else who doesn't charge for writing up their paperwork.

Received a call to set up appointment next day and appointment was set up for next business day. I was called to advise that the representative would be on time, which he was!

They were good. I had a coupon through Angie's List. They showed up on time. They did a thorough check and everything. They explained to me as they went along. So, they were true to what they advertised. I would not mind calling them again if I need some work to be done.

I called for a second opinion with IERNA's. They were never made aware of my previous visit with Air Masters. Had a coupon in the paper for $29 to do an air conditioning check. They said there was NOT MOLD in the coils, when asked about the refrigerant level, he said it was fine (I stood there as he measured it and explained what I needed) and said I shouldn't add more to it- especially since it kept rising the longer the air conditioner ran. I asked about where to put a filter. He went in the house to the return in the hallway, pulled out the filters and found them caked in dust (I just bought this house). We re-measured the resistance and found it to be below recommended but with new filters it should be back at .6. He said there was no need for another return. Thus, this was a poor job by Air Masters - lied about mold in the coils and didn't check the existing return filters before determining that I needed another return line and they told me to put a filter in the air supply system out in the garage when there were already filters inside the house in the return.

I paid $49 for the service, and another $64 for the part. I have nothing, but good things about every aspect. From the beginning when he answered the call, to when he finished the job was an excellent job.

they ware here every day on time, any concerns that I had they always responded in a timely fashion. I have nothing but good things to say about that company. they were professional from start to finish.

In a word -- OUTSTANDING! I took advantage of the $49 Angie's list Big Deal for an A/C check up. Steve was prompt, courteous, and worked quickly, but thoroughly. He didn't try to "scare" me into a service contract, unlike other A/C companies. I would definitely hire them again.

I called in the morning after seeing the $49 maintenance and tuneup special. Since I have some minor problems with efficiency, I was not surprised when the service man recommended a few things to improve both air quality and performance. At no time was I pressured into spending more. I was told to give them a call if I decided to do the repairs. The serviceman was available to do the work immediately, and did so. He was professional and informative, and I did not get the feeling that I was being "sold" something I did not need. Had I decided to do the work at another time, that would have been fine with him. I would not hesitate to use this company and Steve in the future.

We had lost our AC on 7/23 and called another company that was supposed to come on 7/24. On 7/24 we got a call from that company saying that they would not be able to get to us until 7/25. We called Air Masters and within 90 minutes they were there and our air was running. We also signed up for a service contract and the main office was going to call the next business day to schedule an appointment, which they did. We are VERY pleased and cool!!

Overall, I have been pleased with Airmasters and would recommend them

The appointment was easy to make for the date we requested. Technician was punctual, professional anad competent. Follow-up work was done quickly and as described.

They arrived later than anticipated, but completed their work on time. The technicians that did the ductwork were ill-equipped to verify the system's operations, so they needed to make a quick service call for another technician to come out and find out why the system was no longer cooling after their work. The second technician corrected the problem later that day. Update: We have had no issues with the system since the last time they were out, and everything is working as promised.

They were absolutely excellent; it was world-class service. They are committed to excellent customer service. They customized the installation of my second story unit which was a big deal. I have an annual maintenance agreement with them.

The process went very smoothly from the estimate to the install. The installers were there on time and finished the job quickly and did a good job

We had our yearly A/C system check-up with Air Masters, and continue to be a satisfied customer. From scheduling the appointment to completion, we are very satisfied with the results, as well as their communication to us. Making an appointment was very simple, we used their online web form, and were contacted the next morning. Before our appointment, they called to remind us the time when a technician would be out. Approximately 30 minutes prior to the technician calling, a supervisor called to inform us that the technician was on the way. The technician was very thorough in checking both the indoor and outdoor components of our system, leaving the work area clean and tidy. The technician spent a good amount of time reviewing the system, and also informed us that there was a capacitor issue, which was covered under our extended warranty, and fixed the problem with no question or additional charges.

The first tech they sent out on Memorial Day was unable to fix the issue, but this morning they sent someone else out who got the unit up and running.

Things went well. The guy was very thorough and spent a lot of time explaining things to us.

Matt came out and inspected. Found that visually the ducts looked fine (a 45 minute process). Recommended units to address bacterial issues if the oder problem (that precipitated the service call) persists. Zero charge for the visit and very strait forward (no bs) with his analysis. Will use them again if the need arises.

They do a decent job. The reason we left was due to a few problems.

They had installed our unit when we had it replaced. We have a contract with them where they carry out service twice a year. They check and make sure that everything is working correctly. They do some minor cleaning of filters and the grid. They also clean out the drain lines and so forth. I don't have any complaints about them.

As expected, it went well. We've had preventative maintenance contracts with Air Masters for years. I think that is one reason our old system lasted so long! Phillip Gonsalves came to our home and determined exactly what we needed. He was very thorough and answered all our questions. On the day of installation Phillip returned to the house to go over the details with the service technicians. It was a long day for the installers but they worked diligently. We had to call them back to remove some of the old ductwork pieces they missed but they took care of it immediately. Great service and follow-up. Later a TECO representative came to our house for an Energy Audit and complimented their work on the ducts and plenums!

Our AC stopped cooling. The day was hot & the temperature was rising. It was Sunday. I called Air Masters, where we have a maintenance agreement. The tech was able to get the unit running, but he found multiple freon leaks, as well as problems with the outside unit. Air Masters had been helping us keep the unit going for a couple of years, but this time it was obvious that it was time for a new one. Matt Larsen came out on Monday, and went over several options with us, including ones that took advantage of the tax credit. We made our choice, and Air Masters had our new unit installed within a few days.
