Description of Work: STEVE KUEHNEU CAME OUT TO DO A SECOND ESTIMATE AFTER MY HEAT PUMP INSTALLER HAD RECOMMENDED ENTIRELY NEW DUCTWORK. HE SAID THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO LEAK ANYWHERE IN THE DUCT LINES, SO NO WORK WAS NEEDED. THAT'S HONESTY!

Description of Work: THE COMPANY RESPONDED QUICKLY TO MY REQUEST FOR A SERVICE CALL - ON-SITE IN 3 HOURS. THE PROBLEM WITH THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS DIAGNOSED AND I WAS GIVEN ESTIMATES FOR REPAIRING OR REPLACING THE UNIT. I WAS GIVEN SEVERAL QUOTES FOR NEW UNITS. I SELECTED A NEW UNIT AND WAS GIVEN AN INSTALLATION TIME THAT WAS CONVENIENT TO ME. THE INSTALLATION TEAM WAS FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. THE TEAM KEPT ME INFORMED OF WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND THEIR PROGRESS. CLEAN-UP AFTER THE INSTALLATION WAS EXCELLENT.

Description of Work: THE CONDENSER ON THE OUTSIDE WASN'T WORKING AND THE TECHNICIAN CAME OUT ON MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND, WHICH WAS VERY NICE, CONSIDERING THE HEAT. INSTEAD OF RECOMENDING A COSTLY REPAIR HE SUGGESTED A WORK AROUND THAT FIXED THE UNIT. THEY ARE GETTING MY BIZ NEXT TIME.
