They did very well. The workers were fine and they were on time. When they came to give an estimate for replacement, they were able to show me where there were several things wrong with my current unit that my previous company did not.

We’ve with them for years. Over the years, we’ve had our 2nd system now with them. The price is fair. They are excellent.

Fantastic! Appt was 8:30a.m. Saturday Christian called 8:15 said he was on his way. He arrived before 8:30 and within 5 minutes we were up in the attic and he'd diagnosed the problem as a blown fuse ($25) + SERIVCE call. So much better than the $500 Dan's A/C LLC (813-505-5464) was going to charge me to re-wire the air handler. Christian was knowledgeable, polite and professional. I give Action Air and especially Christian the HIGHEST marks all around!!

Punctual, courteous, professional and a pleasure to deal with. From the time they started work until completion they were neat and tidy cleaning up after themselves. I recommend them highly. Ken was the initial inspector and I felt was very honest with his opinion of the original system that needed replacement.

Our home is on american Home Shield Warranty. They sent out a company, Third Generation Plumbing and AC. Our home has several zones, dampers and units. After three hours on site, the technician's company realized that he was completely out of his depth and asked AHS to send someone else out. To their credit, they did not attempt to charge for the trip. At this point, faced with the weekend without AC, I decided to not wait for AHS to re-assign the job, and I called Action Air. They had been to our home once before and had given us good service. I explained what had happened and they said they would try to make it to our home that day. To my surprise, Mike called an hour later to say he was headed over. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated the fast service and the personalized care that he gave us. The units were all tested, repaired, and serviced in just a few hours. I will not hesitate to use them again.

Chris came out to survey the work and give us an estimate. He was very factual and matter-of-fact with no BS or hard sell. He gave us some options to work with and we picked what we wanted. When we explained the problem with the underground lines, again, he gave us price options. One price to replace the lines and another price if the lines were still OK. He gave us those quote right then and there and the prices were better to much better than the other quotes we got. When we accepted the quote, he had his crew out there within 2 days. The started the project before noon and had the bulk of the work done by that afternoon. It turned out that the lines were indeed damaged and had to be replaced. His crew spent the next 3 or 4 hours feeding those lines through the conduit. This job turned out to be quite a bit harder than they expected but they persevered until the job was done. That night we finally had A/C for the first time in about week. There was a small mistake with the drain pipes which the county inspector rejected. However, Action Air came out in a week or so and fixed this problem. It was nothing drastic and we had A/C during the whole time.

On a very warm summer afternoon, I noticed that the house felt too warm. I found the a/c system not working. After checking the basics, I called Action Air, our regular supplier. They had a rep there within 2 hours. Mike checked the system - including the very hot attic - and found a bad "stepper motor". Fortunately, he had three sizes of the faulty part on his truck, one of which fit our system. He replaced the part and checked the overall system to be sure everything else was okay. Within minutes we had cool air and a great sense of relief! Action Air gets an A+ for responsiveness and effectiveness. I love the fact that he had spare parts on the truck, so it was a one-stop repair. We really appreciate these guys' service (over ten years). We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Everything goes well until your check is cashed. We had two top of the line Trane ACs installed, that went well. Check cashed , including extended warranties. Called for service was informed they retroactively changed the warranty to include part handling and stocking fees as well as trip charges. The warranties are in writing no cost to consumer. Apparently Trane pulled their license to be a dealer because of Action Air's shenanigans. At no time did they disclose they were no longer authorized dealers. Had two appointments to repair the unit, action NO SHOWED twice, even after I called and confirmed. The owner David Russell sold me 20k worth of AC said his word was good , family , God , and country. He is a fraud, and wouldn't return any phone calls. Trane on the other hand has been great....I called them told them my problem, they contacted an honest dealer. They accepted the burden of the extended warranty that they made no money on.....that 1000.00 is in David Russell's Action ACs account.

Excellent install, terrible follow up when unit had issues.

On the evening of 11/27, I had turned on my A/C. After about a half hour, I noticed that the unit had turned off and the thermostat had gone blank. As we were having a lot of rain and thundershowers at the time, I thought that maybe we had a power surge and had tripped a breaker. I checked the electrical panel and all the breakers were ok so the next morning (day before Thanksgiving) I called Action to see if I could get someone to come out and check my unit. They said that they would try to get someone out that morning and at about10:15a Ken arrived at my house and quickly diagnosed that I had a plugged drain line. He unclogged the line and installed a port in the line to periodically pour bleach into to prevent this from happening again. My system was up and running again within a half hour of his arrival. Since I have a service contract with Action Air, there was no charge for this visit.

We were referred to Action Air by family member who had excellent experience but also found them on Angie's list and saw the list of positive feedback. The sales rep Chris came out and presented us with 3 options and explained benefits and differences between all, he left not only the model but also all part numbers on the quote so i could research online. He was also very open for questions, he gave me his cell phone and I text and called him a number of times with certain questions pertaining to the systems. I always got a call or text back promptly from him when other providers failed to. On the day of install the job was done quicker than expected and Chris was still good about answering all my questions and concerns after the job was done. Great follow though all around with Action Air, highly recommend them to anyone!

Action Air originally installed our air conditioner unit about 9 years ago at a cost of 4000.00. Twice In the last 2 months, we called Action Air out because the unit was not cooling adequately. The first time was in June of 2014. The technician from Action Air said that he could find no problems with the unit and suggested the house was not well enough insulated to allow the unit to keep it cool. Action Air collected our 70.00 payment for doing nothing and left. Last week on 8/21/2014 we called Action Air again because now the air conditioning unit was blowing nothing but hot air and we had to turn it off. Once again, Action Air said that there was nothing wrong with the unit except possibly the coils could use cleaning which they offered to do for 200.00. We knew there was more wrong than that. Once again, Action Air collected our 70.00 payment for doing nothing and left. On 8/22/14 I called Action Air in the morning and spoke with Alicia. She told me that she had information on our service calls. She said they had documented that the unit was old and needed to be replaced. I asked her why the repair technician would say there is nothing wrong with it and you can't have it both ways. Either it is broken and needs repair/replacement or nothing is wrong with it. She hung up on me. I was never rude nor did I shout or give her cause to hang up on me. I called back and asked for a manager. I was told one would call me by the end of the day. No one returned my call. Now I think it is worth mentioning that both times the only person at home when Action Air came out was my 93 year old mother. On 8/23/14 I contacted Action Air and told them there is no way that there is nothing wrong with the unit and that a manager never called me back the day before. A lady named Joyce told me that they would be happy to send out a technician again for another 70.00. At this point, we called a different air conditioning repair company. They came out and quickly identified the problem. The unit was completely out of freon and they discovered two leaks. I contacted Action Air today once again, 8/26/14, and asked for a manager. I was told to call back after 1 as the manager was at lunch and I was told the manager was Joyce. I called back at 1:30 and was told by Alicia, that Joyce was gone for the day. I told Alicia that I felt I was getting the run around. I told her that I felt Action Air owed us a refund for coming out twice in 2 months and charging us and not identifying the leaks and instead telling us nothing was wrong with the unit. I was not rude at all about it. Alicia rudely told me that she didn't have to listen to me say that and hung up on me. I called back later and advised her that I was filing a formal complaint with the appropriate agencies and her reply was "go ahead". I have given Action Air ample opportunity to make this right and they have refused at every turn and do not return calls. I would not recommend them to anyone, ever.

Installed new air handler and condenser. AA techs were professional and on time. County inspector found minor issue but AA repaired it promptly. Great follow up from the office to schedule inspection and repair of the leak in the air handler.

On June 5, 2014 my Trane AC unit stopped functioning. The Trane warranty had expired on 10-29-13. I called Action Air and the repair man said the module and motor were bad. The costs of parts and labor were $1700.00. That was exorbitant!! The repair man convinced me that it was more economical to replace the whole system and get a new warranty. I was so angry I shot off a complaint letter to Trane, which was ignored. Be cautious if you plan to buy a Trane product.

A two man crew arrived promptly the day of the installation, and worked non-stop until done. They did a very professional job and cleaned up everything nicely before leaving. Have had no problems with the system so far.

We chose them after an intensive search. We compared and shopped for several months before deciding on them. The quality of the work done was very good.

I called to request a quote on Thursday and they wanted to send out a service person and charge $69 to provide the quote. After I gave them all the information, they agreed to do the quote but had to follow up with the manufacturer. I followed up on Monday and still working it. On Tuesday, I got a quote 10% higher ($300) than the other company. I did not use them for the repair.

They had to order the part as they could not get it over the weekend. They gave us suggestions on how to maybe find a part somewhere else over that weekend. They were really nice to work with and they just showed that they wanted to help us get the issue resolved. The gentleman were very courteous and they provided excellent work.

Omer changed the capacitor, kept pushing us to install new A/C system.

They did a wonderful job. They are very reliable, honest and dependable. We have used them for over 10 years and I have never had a problem with them even once.

. I called Action Air after my unit went out during some of the worst summer heat. Several other companies I spoke with were not able to come see me for several days but David Russell, the owner of Action Air, made a presentation that afternoon. My wife and I signed a contract on the spot and gave a deposit with the promise that the installation would be made in two days. The installers called before they came and arrived as promised on Saturday at 7:30 AM. New AC installs now require that codes be met that involve sealing any air leaks in the system. The company sent a three man crew and each person knew his job and did the work in a fast, professional manor. By 1:00 P.M. I was enjoying nice cool air in my home. I would recommend Action Air to anyone who wants a top quality unit installed or serviced by well trained professionals who do what they say.
