The owner himself came out. They built a cement square for the condenser, so it doesn't sit low. The inspector that came out to grade it said they did a great job! They solved an air seal problem that wasn't their fault- other companies in the past were never able to fix it. I was very happy with my experience and when I need my second one replaced, I will definitely call them!

Went very well. Three employees came to install at 8:30am. They took out the old equipment and installed the new by 5pm. They cleaned up everything and did not leave a mess. The workers were very courteous.

New system is a high quality, name brand, at a competitive price. Work was neat and completed in one day. Workers were polite and efficient. Would not hesitate to use Action again.

I received an estimate to have an extra duct put in my house on 5/18/07. I then followed up on 6/18/07. I was told not to call anymore, that the work order was on his desk and he would get to it when he had a man to spare. It is now 9/11/07 and I have heard nothing. This company should be taken off of Angie's List as they are very unreliable.

They were fast, got the work done in a day, but the quality wasn't good. The system is noisy and doesn't keep a constant temperature. It didn't exactly fit in the closets, we have had one closet rebuilt and are going to do the other as soon as I figure out what to do about the new duct that mostly fills the closet.

They were able to schedule my service within twenty-four hours. Rick contacted me to provide updates on his arrival time. He was able to provide an estimate quickly and the service ended up costing less than the original estimate. Work was done well and my system was back to working order. Good job!

After reviewing everything, I choose Action based on price and quality of the unit and also based on Jeff's presentation. I called on Monday to award the job, he took my credit info and said they would be here Tuesday. They called as they were leaving the shop, arrived right on time, did a very clean, neat install, used drop clothes and cleaned up everything before they left. The unit is working flawlessly and I am very satisfied.

They installed the wrong part. Then the brand new a/c stop working after 24 hours. They say they have 24 service when they don't. It's a 24 hour answering machine and their service is horrible. I think there was no appropriate resolution to our problem. We were treated as if it was our problem.

The Action Air technician determined that the condenser was not bad, but instead there was a loose connection at the air handler and then added freon. They also found and repaired a tear in the duct work. Instead of telling me that I needed to replace my unit, he repaired it and had it quickly working for only $147.

They checked everything, to make sure everything worked great. They were very precise and cleaned up well, after themselves.

The girls in the office gave me some problems when I needed some information for tax purposes but I called the sales rep and he got it for me with no problem. I have a ten year warranty on the unit. Their prices were very comparable.

Action sent a representative named Chris who checked the temperature and humidity in each vent at our house, took out dirty filters for replacement, added 1 1/2 lbs. of coolant to our unit and cleaned the coils. Chris stated that the caps on the outdoor coils had been left off/ were loose and it was leaking coolant. (Which made sense, as our air had started running even hotter in the proceeding 4 days since the other company's rep had been out to take a look at it -- apparently he left the caps loose or off on the unit outside and did not clean the coils as he said he did!). Chris stated we could get a lot more life out of our unit, also suggesting that we trim down the bushes around the outdoor units to allow for more air to circulate to keep them cool. Our a/c has been running great for the past 3 weeks since he visited us -- Calling Action Air saved us over $4500! Chris was wonderful - very professional and knowledgeable...we will request him again!

Action and another provider were within dollar amount of their estimate. We decided to go with another company however.

Everything went fine. Chris, the workman, was considerate, competent, and committed to the task. I did not shop prices; so I don't know if the price was high or low. On all other points the job was what one hopes for when repair people are called. It was done promptly and well.

I WAS OVERSEAS AND THE AC WENT OUT. MY SON DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO. HE CALLED ACTION AIR AND THEY CAME OUT AND QUICKLY FIXED THE PROBLEM. ALL THEY CHARGED WAS THE SERVICE FEE.

The serviceman checked everything and found that it was not only frozen but low in freon. Took care of the problem within an hour and unit is up and running. Mike was the name of the serviceman. He was very courteous and thorough. I highly recommend the company and the serviceman.

See above. We are very disappointed with the way we've been treated and shouldn't have to continue to accept faulty equipment.

They had someone here the same day I called. He replaced the thermostat. It still did not work. He then replaced the wiring from the unit to the thermostat. 3 times he came into the place after being under it. He didn't have a paper suit or anything to keep all the sand off, nor (from the look of it) did he brush any of the sand off. At one point he complained that he'd lost his cell phone and watch under the house; I retrieved them. When he was through he refused to give me the $15 off ''Angie'' coupon, claiming I got a discount on the thermostat. He took the ''bad'' t'stat with him. I didn't notice until later that he'd written on the ticket that he replaced the WIRING first, THEN replaced the thermostat. I called the office with my concerns & my message was relayed to the service mgr. That person said she'd have to talk to the tech & would call me back if she needed to. I never heard from them again & I told them I'd gotten their name from this list & had yet to write this report.

The men, Angel, Darren and Giovanni showed up on time. They did an excellent job. Angel measured everything to be sure it fit properly and neatly! They left my home spotless. They were polite and very pleasant to work with. Before they left, Angel explained the new unit, how it worked and what we had to know to run it properly. I highly recommend this company!

Contacted for appointment, scheduled for following day. Arrived on time, work performed as promised. Totally impressed!

The service tech, Ken, arrived as scheduled and answered all our questions about our A/C unit. We have been in our house less than a year and didn't know the age or condition of the units.

They did very well. The company responded quickly and did the repairs quickly.

This company is not very responsive to its customers.

The technicians arrived on time and began work right away. My wife asked how long would the job take; they finished before that time, including clean up. The technicians were rather young, but they worked well together, if though they had been trained to work together.

They were prompt and on time. Their work looks good and works great. They cleaned up behind themselves.
