The experience was great. Lisa was professional and helpful on the phone. Ken was prompt, courteous and professional. I had a water leak in the past and my home was gutted and it cost a lot more to repair and my home was not mine for months. Accent American had all the work done in 2 days.

Overall, this company is top-notch. From start to finish, I am extremely satisfied with the entire process. The customer service provided is amazing. I received a courtesy call, the night before my appointment, from the carpet technician that was actually doing the work. He verified my address and explained that his goal is always to be on time. The morning of the appointment, he called again just as a courtesy!! I was so impressed. He was on time, very thorough, and knowledgeable. I am pleased with everything and would highly recommend Accent American to anyone.

This company did a terrific job! The carpets look wonderful, the technician was professional and informative. Scheduling the work was also a pleasant experience since the office staff are very friendly. I will definitely use them again. In fact, I intend to hire them to clean the tile grout next.

They did an excellent job. They were extremely good with communication and timeliness. I would recommend them. I have had prior bad experiences with other companies who claim to clean grout, yet use the same chemicals for carpet cleaning.

They were great. They did a walk through and explained what they were going to do and what they thought might not come out. There was a stain at the top of the stairs the cleaner wasn't sure would come out. He also warned that the stairs had a lot of traffic and would probably always look a little darker in the center as opposed to the sides. However, after finishing, the carpets looked great! The stains were gone, and the stairs looked fabulous. Service was friendly and efficient. He even left us information on how to keep the carpets clean and best ways to remove stains. If you want professional, friendly and effective service, I would recommend this company.

Very professional. Arrived ON TIME! Very pleased with the job they did. Gave a thorough explanation of how to remove old spots and fresh spots from the carpet. Price was very good for 7 rooms. I was told the scotch-guarded area would take about 8 hours to dry, and the rest about 3-4 hours. With AC set at 74, it took about 6 hours for the areas that were not scotch-guarded to dry - so be prepared.

Fantastic company! We did not bother to get an estimate. We just had them come & pick up the 2 entry way rugs. Even though the owner had an unforeseen shoulder injury, they came on time and picked up the rugs. They called when they said they would to let us know the cost. They were very knowledgeable and explained the various cleaning techniques to us. Again, on time, they came and delivered the rugs (and came early). They were older rugs that had been given to us ''years ago'' and had never been cleaned. They did a beautiful job. I would recommend them to anyone.

Company was on time and worked diligently on project. Full explanation was provided on what to expect after cleaning the carpet. They tested the cleaning first on grout/tile in laundry room before we approved cleaning. We are pleased with overall results. One note: Our job entailed moving our furniture around, and the company only provided one individual. If you are not able to assist with yours then you need to mention this to the company in advance.

The service tech was on time. He was courteous and reviewed all the items we wanted cleaned. He gave me a written estimate up front, and then began the work. Careful detail was taken to avoid any damage to our home with their equipment. He pre-treated the carpet and went over it very thoroughly. They did a great job and I would use them again!!

THEIR PRICE WAS EXTREMELY HIGH, THEY QUOTED $170 (FOR ORIENTAL RUG CLEANING) AND I HAD IT DONE FOR $54.

THE CUSTOMER MAY HAVE HAD THE RUG CLEANED FOR A CHEAPER PRICE, BUT WE HIGHLY DOUBT IT WAS PROPERLY DONE. YOU CANNOT STEAM CLEAN MOST ORIENTAL OR SPECIALTY RUGS DUE TO SHRINKAGE, BLEEDING AND OTHER ISSUES WITH THE FABRIC CONTENT. SPECIALTY RUGS MUST BE WASHED IN A PIT TO CONTROL BLEEDING, THEN DRIED ACCORDING TO THE FIBERCONTENT - WOOL MUST BE DRIED QUICKLY AND EVENLY OR THEY SHRINK, COTTONS MUST BE DRIED QUICKLY AND CAN TOLERATE HIGHER HEAT, SLOW DRYING CAN CAUSE BROWNING, SILKS MUST BE DRIED SLOWLY AND CAREFULLY, ETC. WE SINCERELY HOPE THE CLEANER THAT THE CUSTOMER USED FOR THEIR RUG WAS ABLE TO CLEAN IT WITHOUT CAUSING PERMANENT DAMAGE TO IT."

OUTSTANDING SERVICE. THIS WAS WORTH EVERY DIME I HAD SPENT. THE PRICE I WAS QUOTED ON THE TELEPHONE WAS THE HIGH TRAFFIC AREA CLEANING, WHICH I LEARNED WHEN HE ARRIVE. HOWEVER SINCE I HAD THOROUGHLY PREPARED EACH ROOM, HE REWARDED ME BY CLEANING THE ENTIRE ROOM, NOW THAT'S SERVICE. IN ADDITION HE SPENT TIME EDUCATING ME ON HOW TO BEST MAINTAIN THE CARPET AND CLEAN SPOTS USING NATURAL PRODUCTS INSTEAD OF HARMFUL CHEMICALS. KEN JORDAN REALLY KNEW IS STUFF! HE EVEN KNEW WHAT COMPANY HAD CLEANED THE CARPET BEFORE AND WHAT CHEMICALS I WAS PERSONALLY USING. HE CAME ON TIME AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON INSTRUCTING ME ON CARPET CARE. HE RECOGNIZED THAT IT WAS NOT MOLD AND IT WAS ACTUALLY SOAP IN THE CARPET. HE EXTRACTED TWO TRUCK LOADS OF SOAP THAT ANOTHER COMPANY LEFT IN THE CARPET. HE INSTRUCTED ME THAT I HAD TO BUY VINEGAR TO REMOVE SOME DARK SPOTS. HE WAS VERY PERSISTENT AND GOT MOST EVERYTHING OUT. HE WAS VERY HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL . I HAS A LOT OF CONFIDENCE IN HIM AND HE WAS NOT PLAYING ANY GAMES.

STEVE, WAS ON TIME, DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB. SEVERAL STAINS CAME UP OUT OF CARPET JUST FROM THE CLEANING. HE MOVED CHAIRS AND COUCHES TO CLEAN UNDER THEM AND PUT PROTECTORS DOWN UNDER THE LEGS OF THESE ITEMS BEFORE HE LEFT. **TAKE NOTE - AFTER THE CLEANING THERE WERE SEVERAL BIG ''WRINKLES'' IN THE FORMAL LIV/DIN AREA. STEVE SAID MOST OF THEM WOULD GO DOWN BUT WAS NOT SURE ABOUT A COUPLE OF THE LARGER ONES IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROOM. THANKFULLY, ALL THE ''WRINKLES'' WENT DOWN. IF THEY HADN'T WE WOULD BE LOOKING AT HAVING TO HAVE THEM STRETCHED OUT. IF YOU HAVE AN OLDER HOME AND THE CARPET WAS PUT IN WITHOUT THE ASSISTANCE OF A STRETCHING DEVICE - BE AWARE OF THE ''WRINKLE'' EFFECT. ALSO,ONCE DONE HE TOLD US ABOUT ''RECURRING SPOTS'' WHICH OCCUR 2-3 DAYS LATER. THESE OCCUR FROM IMPROPER SPOT CLEANING UTILIZING CHEMICALS AND NOT PROPERLY EXTRACTING THEM. I HAD NO SUCH SPOTS APPEAR. AGAIN, IF YOU ARE NOT THE ORIGINAL OWNERS OR USE SPOT REMOVERS A LOT, BEWARE OF THIS EFFECT.
